@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE I'm due to upgrade and my employer has a 20% any contract discount perk that I can't redeem for some reason. Any help on this? Looking at a Black S21 Ultra and without the discount will have to look elsewhere :X

I was beginning to think that @EE actively despise me but the reality is worse. The reality is that I am a mote of dust on their very expensive corporate jacket. Something to be brushed off, and never thought of again. Hey, at least that's the same for all of us.

@EE Hello, can anyone explain how this is possible. This afternoon in HWest Pembs shop I was able to get tweets with photos to show on tablet with no problems. I come home and can't see s single thing. Would really appreciate a DM as can't visit shop due to them fully booked.

@hendoph @EE Would rather pay for a service I can use than get one cheaper or free that I can’t. @ThreeUK is useless in #Manchester. Calls not connecting from family members, not ideal in an emergency. No data when out and about in the city. It’s shocking.

@EE Do you no longer support 4G data? I see all your upgrade options are for 5G devices only. are you saying 'buy it or else'?. you don't even have coverage for 5G in my area. other networks still offer both options. what gives?
