    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

    Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @EE keep getting 01462 341325 phoning me.Just answered and before I could finish my sentence the call was put down on me. Please can you stop this number contacting me and tell your call workers to let customers finish their sentences before putting the phone down on them

    @MarcAllera @EE EE London Moorgate branch has the worst level of customer service I've ever received. Store Manager by name Kam, thinks he's running his dad's market stall. According to him his words are supreme. I will be making an official complaint with full details. #London

    @EE Thank you for this info. I have already contacted the credit agencies who have confirmed that my score is "Excellent" and that there are no issues that would stop my credit application in their view.

    @EE a profit idea here: - add a calculator with a slider for the deposit, more deposits less monthly - allowing customers to build what they think is the best package example: I want to deposit 400£ so the monthly goes down, but even calling to ee I cant as a customer.

    @EE Hi, I upgraded my contract to the Samsung Galaxy S22 on 2nd April, trading in my Samsung Galaxy S20. My old device has to be sent back to you by 19th April. Other than the order confirmation I haven't heard anything regarding delivery of my new phone. Can you help?

    @EE please help! I need to cancel an extra line you issued, I've not received the SIM. I keep calling, can't get through, you close the termination line at 5pm and I work till 5pm. No way of emayou or contacting you for this?? Please can someone help me I'm at my whits end!!!

    @EE Awful service I have received from ee from the minute I joined, promised 3 callbacks, nothing has happened, received an extra phone which was blamed on me when I didn’t place the order. Lied to by several advisors and still not heard anything back, can someone please help
