    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

    Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    Over a month of trying to upgrade with @ee and it’s actually painful. Never get the same price twice, the website never works properly, but they’re quick to send “threatening “ messages as soon as you request your PAC number…..Time to go to @tescomobile

    @TheCarlFord @EE Why do people think it's a lot better to send a DM via social media? If you have a complaint, either raise one by calling in or going on the EE complaint form where after completing it you'll get a response within 24 hours by Executive Complaints Team

    @EE your internet has to be the biggest joke of all time, continuous dips, throwing me off completely like 3 times a day while working from home. I call and an engineer comes to help, says we need a new router. It’s been 5 days and still nothing else heard. Get me OUT of contract

    @EE This pay will lie to you, bit they forgot is you can noe record telephone conversation on mobile, built in settings. Lie after lie. Should have been sent a new hub Nov, should have received 1 Dec, never sent. Saturday guide said a new one would be sent, info on app says not! Lies

    @EE @EE I was still left unattended and provided with incorrect and misleading information about account restrictions, later disproven by EE customer support. This represents a failure in customer care, accessibility awareness, and basic professionalism.
