It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?
