EE Outage in Loanhead, Midlothian, Scotland

I thought @EE was meant to have amazing coverage all across Edinburgh. My signal is spotty, unpredictable...

@EE @LENNY_TOMO I'm a private hire driver and only work off apps, I rely on this network for this and its now been 3 hours without any work, are EE going to compensate 🤔🤔

4/4 or my 4 devices for my business, my partner will not be either and I implore everyone else to do the same .. @kevinbacon hope you realise what you are involved with @EE hang your heads

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE Really? I have @EE and the reception in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh is terrible. My calls constantly cut out.

@EE for some reason can’t log into my app and the forgot my password is not sending a link to my email. Have checked and email I entered is correct. Can anyone help?

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE why have you removed the 3 way calling functionality from your network? A service I was not told was being discontinued / would stop

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE any issues today? All of a sudden when I try to make calls to other mobiles I get the message - "You have dialled an incorrect number." These numbers have not changed and I have try the usual fixes. Thanks.

@EE do you have an issue with payment collection? Can't get through on the phone line due to high numbers of callers.

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

In Gloucester @EE shop, making an insurance claim on phone. Taken more than 2 hours on the phone SO FAR. First time, they took about 1 hour. Then went through another person. The next person's system crashed. Latest person is reading terms & conditions of policy. Help

@EE hi EE, upgraded my phone on the 8th August, received email confirming but nothing since!! Unable to reply to email, help on the app gives contact number but that cuts out saying this number is no longer available - what’s happening ?

My @ee pack had failed to renew, my phone is unusable and the @ee person I spoke told me there was no known solution to this, it was an IT issue with no prognosis. Not good enough. No info on Website or social media. Is this the vaunted @ee excellent customer service?

@PriyaMulji @O2 @EE Tesco mobile uses the same network as O2 and I’ve always found their customer service fab and some very good deals too. Worth a look.

@EE Been with u over 15 years now and your offers on an upgrade are terrible, looks like I’ll be moving to @O2 or @ThreeUK what’s your plans for an iPhone 13 with 100gb internet or unlimited

Just been cut off trying to call @O2 (want to move over to them). Will the service there be as bad as @EE?

@EE @EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.

@EE I paid for roaming whilst in orlando. It didn't work and my phone network was constantly on "emergency calls" only. I tired 3 times your help chat. Nothing worked. I tried this morning to chat online to explain why I don't think I should be expected to pay my full bill and

@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.
