@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE WC2R1JA. All London West End is bad and has been since I upgraded to 5G. I was told it was much better with more a capacity for calls and data. We are in a lockdown with hardly anyone around and it’s very bad.

@EE My iPhone 12 keeps switching off and reset the phone with second line support advice but no joy now being told to return to the EE store to return it and request a replacement (it’s closed!!) can someone here help not really interested in the inner workings of EE just want help!
