Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!

Submitted complaint in May and still no reply despite confirmation via automated receipt confirmation. Two accounts coming to an end soon so will have to move if don't get any reply.
