    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them ยฃ150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted ยฃ300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and itโ€™s a year old and just out of warranty Iโ€™ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen wonโ€™t turn on? Not a happy girl! ยฃ350 down the drain.

    @EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasnโ€™t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @EE I contacted you last week about a GDPR breach and this has still not been rectified. Iโ€™m still receiving multiple emails intended for another customer as my email address has incorrectly been registered to his new EE account and Netflix package. Sort this please!

    @EE you have treated a 30 year customer appallingly - I have never have experienced worse customer service, technical support, mis-selling, and lies than from EE. I have spent hours and weeks trying to resolve an upgrade issue & it is getting worse daily. @EE MD or CEO help!

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who havenโ€™t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. Youโ€™re delivering expensive kit to a house I donโ€™t own. Bravo!
