    @EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

    @EE hi my router keeps switching itself off and comes back on again-does this regularly, get max of 20 mins internet. I contacted an advisor through text but didn’t get a call back, no issues with line

    @EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    Followed the instructions on the @EE website to factory reset the smart hub, done this 3 times, still didn’t work. Have had small issues before with lose of internet for 10-15 minute period but by the time I get to contact #EE it comes back on. This is not the case now

    @EE Never had a problem with my Broadband, renewed this week and getting alot of dropouts everyday!!! What's going on?? I have been with EE for a long time and this is becoming irritating!!

    @FrStephenB @virginmedia Yeah, I now have to factor in extra cost of back-up data if I'm running a course or coaching... Can't really help with the kids schooling that way though, and tbh the (@EE) 4G can be patchy too
