Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Either you or the courier ****** up, I ain't going chasing/looking for the stuff. Blame lies with your **** courier who can't even read a door number. You couldn't make this **** up, honestly!

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

Not amused !!

Alan Vaughan (@AlanVaughan) reported@wayniepooz @EE When you agree to the contract, almost all say they will increase by RPI+3.9% every April. As this increase is built-in, you don’t have the right to cancel. And RPI is 10%. Did you read the contract? You can often sign up for a new contract, probably on the old price too.
