I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

I think they've been collecting and delivering letters for over 500 years! You're a complete joke of a company..

Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Not amused !!

I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other.
