@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

@EE @bt_uk My phone line with BT hasn’t worked for about 11 months now - I pay them £72 a month (mainly for full fibre internet) but £5 is for a call package I’ve not been able to use - I asked to cancel it and could they come and just remove the master socket - that’ll be £98 please.

@EE why your technical support is unable to explain why I have no signal almost every month? It's started over 1 year ago and it last several days every few months. I asked for a compensation for not received services. It was rejected...
