Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Tried to cancel the order but there's the phone number to call. Last night I tried to contact via the BSL interpreter service but couldn't get thru. I'm not keen to waste time on hold. I paid for this order but you've made it impossible for me to do anything about it. Not happy.

Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.
