    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

    @EE @paulmatt86 Our networks in the UK are a scam. I left EE to go to o2 and I have the same problems with either network. Both offer “5g” but speeds are worse than 3G!!

    @EE If I do the upgrade in person I assume this won’t be an issue and the device will be delivered to the store. I can do this if needs be

    @EE @paulmatt86 EEs standard response....visit coverage checker.....which does nothing.....standard of service has definitely got worse over the years...

    @EE ive just had someone knock my door asking me to do a speed test of my Internet. He told me to get my phone to complete this albeit I told him No multiple times. As a customer since the orange days I dont appreciate the aggressive attitude of your employees on my doorstep.

    @EE 5 years now of not having access to my online account. Told we are working on it every time. Submitted complaint in May and still no reply despite confirmation via automated receipt confirmation. Two accounts coming to an end soon so will have to move if don't get any reply.

    @EE It looks like I’ll have to. It’s no major issue as we have one on the doorstep I just don’t understand this particular issue. The device I want to upgrade to is the iPhone 17 pro max from the15 pro Max. Is this device restricted if I upgrade in person will it deliver to my local
