@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Made the mistake of leaving @EE for @SkyHelpTeam (which just doesn't work right with my Pixel) but EE won't offer me the deal they did a week ago as my account is now closed 😭

@EE it is now almost a month with terrible 4G service in South London. Network status checker says you are aware of the problem but it’s not getting any better. What is going on please and when will it be fixed?

@EE I know EE don't charge, and neither did 1pMobile til some time between June & September, but they can't or won't show me when they announced the change or why they've started charging for texts to a crisis service.

Absolutely no joy from @Apple or @EE for a young relative who has had a stroke & locked herself out of all devices with no memory of passwords, account names, anything. Write your stuff down folks & share with a loved one, or layer on the trauma when something unexpected happens

@EE I'd like to know the estimated delivery on the Google Pixel 6 Pro 256GB Stormy Black? The USA has orders expected to be fulfilled in the new year, if this is the case I'd like to cancel my upgrade.
