@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE I have used my months data allowance and tried to buy an unlimited add on. It now says that I have the package but I have no service. No technical support is available.

@EE I've deleted those and it still doesn't work, as soon as I choose a plan and select my current phone is in good condition it then loads up saying sorry can't find this page. Ill contact tomorrow i guess

@EE your app crashes at log in each time after upgrading to the S21. I can see from the Google Play Store that this is happening for lots of people so obviously an app issue.

Let’s talk customer service...@skytv cancelled my nan’s subscription no questions asked. On the other hand @EE a million billion pound firm asking for proof of residence in a care home of a severe dementia patient to cancel a phone that hasn’t been used for months...disgraceful!

@EE Been trying to cancel my broadband since September 2020. Multiple calls later And still you haven’t managed to cancel it. Now threatening texts and mails demanding payment for a cancelled service, suggesting non payment will damage my credit score! Don’t you dare. Ofcom next.

Disgusted by the service @EE have given me. Constantly changing the price of my monthly bill - when I was told it wouldn’t change until at least March 2021! What an absolute joke! And, now I can’t even get through to someone! #EE

@EE Why gave you removed my Smart Benefit on my account and why can I no longer sign into MyEE. I ask for a link to my email and you don't send one. Shocking service. May have to cancel my new contract as I'm within 14 days of taking it out.

Well done for being so great. Been trying to pay my phone bill for 3 days now. The app don't work nor the website 👍 @EE ( Kevin bacon is a liar this isn't the best network in the uk)
