Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Amazing how good your network is esp in the Peak District. a Week of 4G but no internet! and still today hardly any calls. I might Pay my bill the way you run the network its Crap Can't wait to leave the network!

@ee really need to treat customers fairly, spent hours and hours trying to get through to customer services. Tried to resolve a PS5 order being cancelled. Even though I paid in full, EE cancelled due to me being a new customer. Unfair, lucky I’m in 14 day cool off and now leaving
