@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Thank you. They called me this morning. The earliest they can send an OR engineer is Tuesday afternoon. No income Tuesday - thanks. I lodged a complaint over 10 days ago!!! However, I will be emailing your CEO direct next week and OFCOM

@EE absolutely fed up with your WiFi and the 18 month contract ended last week, which means the price will go up. So we'll be paying more for your ****** WiFi than other providers who have faster WiFi. My stupid area doesn't have fibre Internet either.

@EE Why not listen to a recording of my call with your handler and listen to it with ears of a customer - was it really the best way to deal with no reception issues for weeks !

@EE is there some work being undertaken on the network as seems a really slow connection? It has been for a while now. Random cutting out on calls and sites not loading properly. Been with you for years and it's never been this bad.

@EE I’m a new customer and this is very embarrassing. I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes and then I was hung up. I can see this was a mistake. Please can you cancel the order.
