Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE terrible broadband. Paying for fibre. Knocked off wifi on phone and used up all my 4G AGAIN!! Always a #BT engineer messing around in the green cabinet at the end of the street. @BTGroup should be help accountable , monopolising! #ee @ee pls can you check

@EE Cannot get my roaming abroad to work. Have done everything on the app possible and zero service. Partners phone is with your company too and his phone switched over as soon as we got here. Am having to be on free wifi where im staying which is very patchy

@EE The fact that the one time she managed to get to an EE store all they were interested in doing was push a smartphone onto her contract. I was just trying to make it easier for her to do all the legwork and just turn up, do the sim swap and let the network do its thing. (2/)

@EE having been with you for 10+ years I’m so disappointed that there’s nothing you can do to help reduce my tariffs as they’re now over £100 a month! Won’t be renewing next year
