@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Hi Debbie, thank you writing. My problem is now solved but I was told I would get a call back within 5 mins from EE regarding a tech issue but didn’t get one. I called back hours later and there was a 30 min wait. Never used to be like this :(

@EE I have had no Internet since Thursday night??? I reported this and told line fine. Box flashes green work men said issue in area so when am I getting back up and running this is rediculous

Called @EE to upgrade my phone and the customer service was terrible, there was no interest in finding me the best deal possible, all they did was check the network coverage of other networks and said how poor the service would be in my area if I changed. #loyaltydoesntexist

@spinningthedisc @EE @O2 True but it gives an indication and in my case does affect the quality of my surfing experience. Slow load up and stutters.
