Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE I hope you are going to compensate all your customers for the awful lack of service we pay alot of money for every month. I am sure if we didn't pay our direct debit you would be charging us extra for this. Shocking this has been going on for many hours now.

@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage

@EE Trying to call customer services & coming up user busy. Tried to tweet the Ask EE team and coming up as their account is suspended. Was told someone would call me today and yet again nobody called. Utterly useless.
