@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

When @EE actually aend a rep to come out to where you live and rest the signals to see if they can help but @virginmedia want you to change your package to get a better signal the difference in service is undeniable

So issues trying to us the online shop with @EE yesterday. Spoke to an online team member who said EE would contact me. I get contact asking how they can help me with no idea as to why I complained. Wow! @ThreeUK do you want another customer? I’m so done!
