@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.

It's been 4 days with slow/intermittent 4g signal from @EE. I don't have broadband so rely on my @EE router. When is it going to be sorted?

@giffgaff what's going on with network in PA3 area? Unable to use phone at all until out of area. Not just myself but others in the area and has been going on since before Christmas. Considering leaving network and switching to @EE now.

@bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious
