@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE I've registered my interest about 30 times and have not once received an email. It really is shocking. For the love of God please just add a PS5 to one of the 2 contracts I pay (from same account) monthly. They both hit the criteria and I've been a loyal customer for many years

@ee no broadband since 20:00 last night. Have done everything. Turned on/off, reset, checked different plugs, tried to do a Speedtest. Nothing. Are you having outage problems at the moment. I am in Exmouth about 13 miles outside Exeter

Hi @ee. Is your broadband down. Seem to be lots of people saying the same thing. Tried turning router off and on. But internet connection keeps dropping off.
