Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

The @RoyalMail not taking responsibility @EE not taking responsibility I am £194 out of pocket because EE would not take my phone in the shop of recycling like everywhere is. phone was then damage & I’m now told the Royal Mail doesn’t have evidence it was them! Someone sort it

@EE I'm in a tight spot as I need a more suitable solution than Vodafone are turning their PAYG1 into on the 12th now (from the 12th), but the credit is worth more than the device so I don't want to throw that away either. It's fair to say that I'm massively unimpressed with Vodafone
