@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE is there some kind of service issue? Can't connect to the Internet despite the TV being able to, so don't think it's our Internet provider. Been waiting for someone to respond on live chat for 40 minutes now 💔

@sophslou @EE There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.

@EE I have tried 18 times today to contact yourselves about you overcharging my bill. Where it should be £40 you've taken £123. I finally got through to someone who left me on hold to get her team leader for 30 minutes then hung up. As well as overcharging my network is down.
