    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @EE Thanks for the further reply. Knowing people are on-site not in a queue for engineering resource is good to know. I'm just wary of subjective references without measurement. I understand an estimate may not be met, unanticipated issues always arrive, an expected fix may not.

    @EE, not sure what is going on but apparently I've used all of my Data even though I've accessed nothing but WiFi and the racked up £30 + of charges.... what's going on with the website. Called 150 and had someone talk to me about an upgrade with security information? #Help

    @EE phone and data services have been bad since at least Septenber 2020 in the NN67SQ area. You say you know about it and are working on it. Still the service is very poor.
