@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE hi team. Me AGAIN. I called Tuesday with an eSim issue and was told it would be resolved by yesterday. It’s not yet resolved and now I can’t use my phone at all unless it’s on wifi😭 previously I could call 150 and use mobile data out the house but now it only works on wifi

@EE I normally rave about your customer service. But today you have really let yourself down. Resulting in me having to go into my local store with a chest infection to try & get something resolved. Hugely disappointed 😒

Tried loads the past few days to order a @PlayStationUK from @EE, and website is apparently down everytime. Cheers lads. My missus' Xmas is ruined

@EE there is an issue on 4g in the bb104sd area (cliviger) no data/voice 3g works fine. Have had to set phone to ignore 4g. This has been like it for a good few months.
