@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE as you didn't know when the issue would be resolved! What exactly am I paying you for if I have to use my WiFi to use my phone? When I chose to leave I was then told I would need to pay a fee for my pac number!

Unable to cancel my #broadband with @virginmedia ...just because I've forgotten my password? Very odd operating considering it was set up 4 years ago. I believe @EE and #BT can sort it out. @virginmedia have said they'll continue to take funds. Any help?

My head is battered. Changed to @EE 4 days ago, did everything tech support said, been back to the shop twice, got a different SIM card, still no mobile data. Can only get internet over wi-fi. Spent last few hours reading about APN settings and watching YouTube vids. Nope. Wtf?

@EE hey. I’m trying to upgrade my second line. I’m having issues with the online system. Regardless of the phone I choose, I get a message saying there are no suitable plans. I don’t have time to go in store or do it over the phone. Any help is appreciated.
