    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE @indigojo_uk Same my house is LU1 4ER couldn’t find a problem even thought the signals so bad. The trainer couldn’t hear me properly

    @EE Or you can answer why is your network getting worse ? Yet you keeps putting prices up for this poor service, won’t be getting another contract out with when mine runs out again
