Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@gj2711 @EE @SamsungUK I've been waiting 36 days, and been told by samsung promotions its validated but due to covid there are delays. It seems covid is the go to excuse everyone now uses. Funny how there's never a delay in taking the money.

@EE Well I've not been made aware of this help and that doesn't answer why EE feel it's OK to up there tariff in these uncertain times !! We are paying for 3 lines and are both Furloughed but need all 3 lines , can't reduce the tariff but thanks EE for costing us more money

@EE would love to know how I've ended up with 2 contracts on my account and footing a 60 quid bill for what was meant to be a £15 a month sim only upgrade. Your live chat and cancellation team are horrendous-sort your **** out
