@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Just bought a 5G phone, and thinking of switching over to you - What's the easiest/cheapest way of getting a SIM to test the signal in my area before jumping into a full monthly contract?

@EE Possibly the worst network that I have encountered. My wife’s contract phone with EE is often in an EE dead spot whereas my phone on the O2 network works fine. Will switch away from EE as soon as the contract ends.
