@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE how come when you ring EE and everything is good you get a survey by text straight after but when it goes wrong and you mention the word complaint you don’t send a survey ?? Looks like figures fiddling to me . The UK’s No 1 ???

@KeithBr89743464 @EE Get it from a provider who actually do the phone over a 0% finance and give you extended warranty as standard. Check out Vodafone Evo. Vodafone don’t rip you off and they are the UK’s most reliable network according to RootMetrics
