    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE This doesn’t require details. No-one has good signal on HS1 on your network. You cannot load a single tweet during the ride to and in the tunnel, compared to other carriers (e.g Orange in FR or BE) which uses soft handover cells and adapted technologies and allows video streaming

    @EE “Feeling valued “. At this moment you are taking a direct debit payment every month from an 83yr old man suffering with dementia who is also out of contract and not able to use a phone . it’s too late for his family to get POA out of decency you should terminate the contract 😡

    @EE hi I have traded my old iPhone in I took it to the post office on Tuesday and I keep getting emails and texts about final reminders as it has to be received by 26th I can’t help what happens with the post
