  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • JannerOut tabooles (@JannerOut) reported

@MartinSLewis haggled Sky for me, folks & bro, gr8 for me & folks, awful for my bro. They were so rude when dealing with for him that I cancelled it & switched him to @EE for £30 less for more channels. He was with Sky for 25yrs so just shows loyalty counts for nothing

  • Callywag119 Cal (@Callywag119) reported

@MFC_Steve @EE I have the same problem. I spoke to someone today who confirmed it’s a known issue since 18th December. Now that I’ve logged it with them, it should be resolved in 72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens.

  • jools_ratcliffe Juju (@jools_ratcliffe) reported

Hi @EE had an email from you saying that from March my bill is increasing by £2.49 a month. As I pay just over £10 now that’s an increase of 24%. Can you please justify how and why my bill will increase by that much. Been a customer since 2010. Do you want to go elsewhere?

  • danij86uk dan (@danij86uk) reported

@Kenny_Pryde @EE Website defo trash Nothing loads , pages error and when I make payments it goes on to my other number lmao EE are absolutely garbage

  • scottspeig Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported

@Trickeytree @EE I keep replying to these, so I keep seeing them looks like EE doesn't want SIM only. Try @spusu_uk Same EE network, customer service good if a little slow (WhatsApp only)

  • QueenTrixabelle gethin williams (@QueenTrixabelle) reported

@EE how can you justify the "were increasing the pricing to give better service" signal with my local areas has not improved in 12 years despite increased costs to myself I assume these are tp line pockets of the greedy EE shareholders and ceo @MarcAllera

  • Tent_Peg Tent_Peg (@Tent_Peg) reported

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE Surely the delivery driver would’ve noticed if he’d handed you over a ripped open plastic envelope? The phone box would’ve just fallen out. Likewise, why didn’t you raise the issue with the driver when he delivered it? Fishy.

  • mrso82 Mrs O (@mrso82) reported

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE I have had numerous issues with phones delivered via DPD for EE (none stolen thankfully). I’ve reported every instance (we’re a business) and get told by their staff “yes we know they’re awful, we take calls like this all the time”. Yet they still use their them. Mind blowing

  • uxian Gerard Krupa (@uxian) reported

@EE @Trickeytree "So you can have certainty" is an insulting reason for gouging people, especially when someone subscribing to your service rather suggest they have a device in their possession that they can use to calculate percentage increases.

  • holby_fan Kelly (@holby_fan) reported

@EE I tried to set his account up but it doesn't work. Can you please send me a link as I might have been in the wrong place
