Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

@ee These were serious Qs incidentally. Particularly the 2nd Q. Octopus, for example, seem to have no issue just emailing the bill as a PDF.

@canido_steve @EE Tell me about it. You add a plan that has no mention of iPhone and clearly states up to 6 exclusives and I didn't notice the "iPhone" on check out and when I go to chose an exclusive I have one choice. Out n about on hols & signal is sketchy. Tough to get a steady signal to call.

@ThreeUK Unable to make or receive calls for the past 4 weeks indoors or outdoors. Promised for last four weeks with each phone call, will be resolved in a few days and still no improvement. Anyone else experiencing the same? No issues with @ee in same places; time to switch?

@EE has to have the worst chat service! The advisors lie to you to get you into a contract! I then try and get this resolved and the next person I speak to hasn't got a clue what's going on! Say goodbye to a 15 year customer!

@EE what kinda scam are you running? Turned off the 4g mast in the Clapham area rather than fix it and now there's a 5g mast outrage for the second time in 2 weeks. Another customer lost! I've never been so grateful for a cooling off period!!!!
