    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE I’m fed up of your poor customer service and phone lines. I’ve been phoning now for a while and every time there is no option through the dept picker with number for what I need, when I phone a department today it said that you’re busy. Fed up! (1/2)

    @EE I managed to get one fortunately - feeling sorry for the people that didn’t. Been a EE customer for years and have always been outstanding in terms of service. Got a phone upgrade next month so hopefully will get an amazing deal
