Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE Very nice tho some of us would just like to get a signal that works outside & in the house, broadband that doesn’t drop out on a daily basis & a speed that’s capable of downloading at least one picture quickly - address this issue in rural locations then worry abt 5G on a beach
