@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE Good Morning! My phone is switching from 5G to 4G then 3G. It’s disconnecting all calls after 30 seconds or not connecting. Is there a known issue in Manchester? I working within the NHS and it’s proving difficult to reach patients and others this morning. Thanks!

@EE Why is it so ridiculously difficult to get a pac code from you? I have been with you for years and have never been able to access the app or log in online. I’m forever being told to ‘try again later’. I’m done. Just give me the pac and I’ll go away. Please and thank you.
