@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE I have been having both mobile and broadband issues…still no broadband(since Friday) huge impact to my business and I keep getting told different things…current reason is that “there is a known fault with power cable for the router” but it takes days to get a new one to me…

@EE absolutely disgusting lost over 4 hours of my life hanging on the phone to EE to terminate my contract, and NOT an iota of an answer...terrible,it's like they don't want me to leave...all the more reason to terminate my contract...how am I to terminate my contract ?????

@EE beyond belief just how bad EE is. Been trying for 3 days to get my PUK code as yhe appalling website is unable to display it, so far today have spent 47 minutes waiting to speak to a rep, I thought if you click the thinking of leaving options then it may be prioritised.

Yet again I find myself wondering how @ee have won Britain's best network 11 years running. Finally managed to sort out a new phone and contract after three weeks but they've added ScamGuard - a service that costs money - without actually asking me first

@EE I’ve spoken to 3 of your guides today who have told me I need to wait up to 10 working days to receive proof I have settled an account which I need today. Please can someone help. Surely in this day&age I don’t have to wait for the post when everything is done electronically!
