@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

Hey @EE , I am trying to upgrade via Web, I am Keep getting error login, trying to reset my password, but after few days of tryin, your password reset mail never comes , trying today 2 times so far over an hour ... Bloody wasting time here

@EE been on wifi calling for years in my house, anything we can do to improve our signal , it’s atrocious. Shouldn’t be having to go outside in this day and age just to keep a signal
