    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldnโ€™t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what Iโ€™m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone canโ€™t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I canโ€™t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I canโ€™t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    @EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as Iโ€™m spending more time trying to fix this problem. Iโ€™ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.

    @EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is ยฃ3k. We have had 3 โ€˜engineersโ€™ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

    @EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we canโ€™t do much on our phones !!

    @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

    @EE your complaints team finally rang me several days after they said they would. My complaint was not resolved. Your call operator was patronising and could not explain why the issue was unresolvable. Incredible. Do you want customers?
