@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE So I had a cold call about 2 weeks ago when I wasn't well and I told the person on the call while the plan sounded good I'm not in the mood to continue and I never did. Now I have a bill... I don't want to phone your CC and listen to annoying music, can I email?

Hi @EE what should we do if a PAYG EE SIM has stopped working for seemingly no reason. It's showing "No access to network" on the phone - and also didn't work in other phones.

@EE @MartinSLewis I’ve been a committed orange / EE customer for 25 years & now after this crazy uncalled for price increase, only informed today, I won’t be staying much longer with you. I was just about scraping by on the rate I was on, the increase has taken it too far.
