@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE @MarcAllera Very disappointed to see that EE without sending me a bill / communication forward my case to debt collection and making my credit history bad. I requested CC already to close the contract (leaving out of country) and agreed to pay the dues and DD by EE not done.

@EE on My EE. Sent the SMS but the response says “charges” vs extra charges so I am still not sure, and I’d love to see the details of the charges. I should not need to send a SMS if I’m using the mobile app in any case. Not happy with the customer experience.

@EE you have sold me not one but TWO faulty laptops and refuse to refund because it is out of the 14 day cooling off period? Apparently you aren't involved in an ADR scheme and point blank refusing to help unless I was to claim off insurance? But I didn't damage it, its faulty.
