Too late!

The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.

Jessica Zeun (@jessicazeun) reportedSince changing from BT to @EE onto a supposedly much faster connection we’ve had nothing but problems and it is geting gradually worse. When the contract expires I will definitely not be renewing. Expensive and unreliable wifi.

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
