@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

@EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

@EE I’m not sure on the number as I’ve never used it unfortunately. Only ever really used it when it’s linked up to the WiFi at home. I can try to find it when I get home from work if someone would still be available to help?

@MarcAllera @EE @btsport Day 155 overdue for full fibre install. Back to the drawing board because engineers just dug up grass with a spade and flung fibre cable in the ground with no ducting, so it was damaged when they tried to connect. Deadline on fix about to be missed.

Really disappointing customer service received from @EE after 7 years of continuous custom. I have been overcharged on my mobile contract including the handset after my contract ended June 2021. I didn’t receive any regular out of contract notifications as required by @Ofcom
