    @EE I had it until I upgraded but they said I would have to cancel it to upgrade then add it back on. But I can’t find it on the website to add it like I had done previously

    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    Bad job when you have to stop ringing people off your phone because @EE can’t give me any signal! Reported it 3 times and got no where

    Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

    @EE Hi. Quick question. Can you have fixed IP address on 5GEE and also port forwarding on the supplied router. Customer has a requirement to port forward to a server. Cannot find anything on the router settings.

    @EE day 10 of no signal or intermittent signal due to work at Crumlin. For those who don't know crumlin isn't a city. 10 days?!

    @EE Smart Hub reboots every 2hrs since 24th May 2022 and still no solution/resolution!! Not acceptable! You can't claim to a "top tier service" in the UK and allow this problem to continue for so long! #EEbrokenservice

    Have to congratulate @ee on their fabulous service. After trying to connect an incompatible package and leaving me without service, every time I chase there is no resolution and another 24 hours is added to the response time. Great work!

    @EE Thats not really my point. Best deal was from uswitch not EE. EE replied that if I went via @UswitchUK I'd be a 2nd tier customer & not get same level of service. When I asked what that meant I was told to make my own judgement. Really? Your customer strategy needs a BIG rethink.

    @EE Need urgent help getting the phone to connect. Forgot to set up roaming before I left the UK.
