  @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

  Bunch of jokers @EE - wanted to switch onto a sim only deal - couldn’t get a good deal and customer service incredibly rude with me so left - and now I get a text saying oh coz ur leaving come look at this deal which basically matches what I’m on now with new provider. Too late!

  @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
