@EE I mean I’m paying for a 5G contract and a 5G sim and I can’t get above 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go? Is that anything to celebrate? “The UK’s best 5g network” debating cancelling the contract

@EE I’m trying to cancel my broadband with you as haven’t moved to the address I was meant to be moving to, but no-one is answering. I am well within my 14 days. How do I cancel?!

Asked for mobile performance data by someone looking at a new phone so I did 5 speed tests on @EE mobile and averaged it for him. Down: 4.6 Mbps Latency: 71ms Upload: 13 Mbps He is obviously as puzzled as me why the download is higher. I think he'll try another network :)

Finally my @ee broadband is back up and running after being down since 5pm yesterday evening… though it appears they have zero idea why there customers had/have issues. So happy that my mobile is with @ThreeUK and that my data unlimited because hotspot was finally put to use.

@JackMulhall92 @EE Considering we don’t have any service with @ThreeUK, it can’t get much worse! No signal at home, and even when we’re out and have 4G full strength I can’t stream a song! 😒🙈

@EE Perfect so a customer would not need photo ID to join ee and become a customer? They would just need some one to have photo ID with the same surname for delivery of a device is that correct?
