@EE Not only is your app shockingly bad with broken links and bad navigation but for the second time in 4 years I can’t upgrade online because it keeps changing it to an extra line. When I try to call I can’t get through because answerphone cuts you off if you try! #notEEven

@corbs_ivy @EE Same thing happen to me and I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to there team but luckily I was directed to Ronald Smith on Instagram with username (jwxtech) by a friend and they help me fix my account back
