    furious that @EE have removed my discount 16 months into a 24 month contract. to then tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t reapply the discount 10 months ago, but have left it until now to tell me leaving me no option whatsoever to rectify it. awful customer service.

    @EE signal has been very poor at my home for a few weeks. Have flagged via website. Text response says call 150 but when I do the recorded message is to call back another time. How can I get this resolved?

    @EE can you confirm if @SkyNews is no longer available on EE tv box. It’s seems about 25 channels are no longer available. I know the service is shutting down but not until the end of next month!
