1st world issues and all but I've just come to realise that @EE and @VodafoneUK cap mobile data speeds for some tarrifs! I personally think it's disgusting, especially in the current financial climate! Here have 100GB data, but it's capped to only 25mbps!

So much for the UK Government alarm test. No alarm or message on my phone! @EE is there an issue that it’s not working?

@EE I am now being told "there is no complaints team" @EE this is really, really bad. "Why don't you check your bills?" "Why have you left it this long". Really, really terrible customer service. After being a customer for 15 years!

@EE is there an issue with your online portal? My contract expired in January but the app tells me I’m not yet eligible to upgrade, despite the messages from you inviting me to do that. Is this a glitch in the system, or standard procedure to customers who request a PUK code?
-
Ricky Dukes
(@RickyJDukes) reported
@EE Yep, unfortunately we have reached the letter of deadlock stage. I will now cancel my upgrade and look for alternative providers. Disappointing after 15 years as a customer. Being blamed for the mistake that was made by a member of staff in store 8 years ago is too much.

@O2 - nice to know your **** signal prevented me from getting the #emergencyalert while sitting at home. As my @EE device provided by work was going mental. Another reason why @O2 are incompetent at the bare basics, and could be responsible for the unthinkable.

Youngest son on the @EE network got the 🚨 myself, husband & other sons on @ThreeUK didn’t get an alert -seriously worried if youngest is responsible for emergencies in our household, he can’t even be bothered to come out of his room if the smoke alarm goes off #EmergencyAlerts
