@EE Worst iPhone ever, received mine 10 days ago and nothing but issues, not connecting, not backing up and not allowing software updates, and unfortunately you were little help.

.@EE need to train more people to answ ur contact help line. The "we're understaffed due to Covid" excuse no longer flies. Hire and train more staff so customers r not on eternal hold. Maybe .@kevinbacon can pitch in?

@EE new contract, new phone which did not work due to technical issues, found that your technical desk and customer services were not interested in helping - phone has been returned and my contract will be cancelled as soon as you acknowledge receipt of the phone.

@MrRoberts84 @EE Sorry I have the completely opposite experience. They have cancelled ny EE broadband instalation for the 2nd time in a month. Engineer notes lived and said no one would be home. I had to cancell all my calls for 2nd time. Now next appointment is I 8 days time. Very poor CSAT

@itvMLshow @EE have being charging my parents for two mobile broadband contracts that they have never had I have tried to resolve this matter with EE on there behalf after they got no resolution from them have you got any advice on where to go from here ? Thanks
