@EE customer service shambolic. 3 attempts to finally blacklist my stolen phone, thus prolonging the handset’s data to vulnerability. Personal data lifted by thieves in interim. Not contacted by data breach team despite promises. Sent a replacement handset marked as ‘lost/stolen’

@EE I was told it would be 7 to 10 days which has been and gone, unfortunately samsung as a company dont care about their customer or their product. May I ask why you are bothering Rach?

@EE That is the familiar link that I have used for years, until a couple of weeks ago. It now comes up "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." If you could get this link to work again like it always has done, then that would solve the problem. Thanks.

@EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

@IkeagoneKatz @EE I've found that if I dial 150 and just listen to the start of the message where it tells you your balance, then hang up, I then receive a text within a few seconds with all of my allowance details.
