    @EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.

    @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

    @EE @paulmatt86 This is the same for all uk mobile providers. In Croatia i can get a signal in the middle of the sea on my way to brač island but cant get a.signal in the Lake District
