I’m having serious issues with @EE I pay £20/month for 150GB, yet I’m getting around 2.2Mbps download in a major city, close to the city center. It’s so frustrating and annoying. Even networks back home in Nigeria often give 90–100Mbps.

@EE Hi why am I being told by one of your guides last night that I can’t cancel my 30 day rolling contract (out of contract end Jan) unless I pay off my device balance in full too!.My flex contract /two separate agreements .I am watching to cancel sim/airtime only

@EE @b3nj3boy I did that and after 20 years as a customer they told me there was nothing they could do. Not worried. Contract runs out in April and I'll go elsewhere
