    If that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.
