@EE Nice job, I wont be renewing my contract with you over your reintroduction of roaming charges. Over 10 years as a customer and this is how you behave after saying you wouldnt introduce them. I'll be going back on my word to finish paying the rest of my contract.

@EE @WeAre8Official Found a way for you to save money. Don’t bother calling me to ask if I’d like to use your service. That would just be a waste of your time and money.

@EE That doesn't seem like a tangible benefit to me - your service is already award winning, no? Additionally, why not just let me pay extra for uncapped data if I go over the allowance? I know I'm only one person but you'll be losing me to Three at renewal time.

Nice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.

@StanCollymore @EE To be fair Stan, it's not a free service, and the UK operators incur costs for their customers using other countries networks, but the EU brought the law in, costing £100m's of loss in revenue to these operators. Now that the EU can't enforce, its not really a surprise.
