    @EE @EE have you resolved the issues with the add on to plan accessories? You advertise Fitbits but can't fulfil an order due to a computer glitch!!!

    @EE hi, my bill was overdue and I’ve now paid it twice - the first time it said payment unsuccessful and the second time payment was confirmed. But both times, the money was taken from my account, and my service still hasn’t been returned - so I need partial refund & service pls!

    @EE who does a really disappointed new to EE phone for help, where they are not ‘receiving an unusually high volume of calls’ (yeah right). Am currently without a phone service.

    @ee Are there issues in the SY1 4RG area? No data and plenty of dropped calls the past few days. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Others have the same issue.

    Just rejoined @ThreeUK after 11 years with @EE. £21/ month cheaper for faster service (550mbps v 110) but also cheap @_CaffeNero_ ? If something is too good to be true it usually is, I think Three may be the exception.

    @EE 4 days and not a response yet, and it's impossible to speak to someone when calling you. Still on top of customer service...

    @EE I needed help as no service. Rang EE and recorded message said EE would check and cut me off. I next got a text saying Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network. Two days since EE have had further network problems. Changing network.

    @O2 Your network in the city centre of Manchester is ATROCIOUS! Full bars, on 4G and can’t even send a WhatsApp. Friend I’m with, also O2, same issue. It’s basically unusable. Friend on @EE no issues at all. I want out!
