    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this
