    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged Β£4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.

    @EE I already have. They just said theres no such thing, which seems a bit silly. When people cancel last minute do those appointments just go unused? Can I not just plug in the stuff myself and then you activate it?

    @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. She’s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone.     @EE one of your employees added insurance to my phone plan after i refused and now your company is refusing to help me. look into this employee and see how many people call to cancel insurance.

    @EE between store snd your repair centre there has been damaged caused to my phone yet all denying it and saying ive caused the damage yet it wasnt logged when booked in!! Won't let me complain! COVER UP!!!
