    @EE rang today at 14.43, waited so long that I was out shopping. Agent said would ring back in 1 hour, no call. Just rang again & the phone was eventually answered & put down! Do I contact the CEO now or wait until tomorrow?

    @England @EE @BellinghamJude Clearly the fans don’t get an opinion because he was awful. Stands around and does nothing all game and sometimes gets lucky and taps one in. There far better players who deserve it. Jude is just a media wh*re

    @EE It’s not exactly punctual when you flag that someone in customer service is lying to customers to get a bonus for upselling a product based on misrepresenting the information at hand

    On the flip side Joe from Hull at @EE customer service couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Sorted out everything, didn't tell me I was wasting his time and made my mind up to leave @SkyUK which I was bordering on doing anyway 🙌🏾

    @EE @tntsports What exactly is the point of having TNT Sports included as an exclusive extra on my mobile account when the app (Discovery+) is constantly telling me I don't have an active subscription despite supposedly fixing this issue last weekend? Absolutely fuming!

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    @sweenyness @EE Bizarre. My dad was moaning about a friend's signal last night, always crap when it's foggy (they're in England) I dismissed it as nonsense...I may have to apologise to him now 😶
