I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Rach 🇪🇺 (@MsVespertilio) reported@EE I’ve spent several hours on the phone to various people to ensure more equipment didn’t get sent. At 11.47 I was assured none would be sent. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The “best possible solution” is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.

Chris Dee (@chrisdee2016) reported@EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable
