    Anyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

    @LeilaniDowding @EE True. My parents, in their 90s, have been endangered by not being able to phone out for help when EE has not been able to maintain coverage. @EE

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

    @EE is NOT the best network in the UK. Don’t believe the adverts! 👎 Worst network I’ve ever used — unreliable signal, poor data and absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money and choose another network. #EE #EEUK #London

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @EE @TheDealEnvoy Its just a fake spoofing number stepchainge are a ligitimate organisation that help people in debit nothing to do with ee
