    @EE will ee be commenting on the supply issues for Apple Watch Ultra and the fact large upfront payments are being taken and sat in ee’s bank account for an unknown length of time until supply is resolved - not good!

    What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

    @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

    @EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

    @EE Received an email saying my ps5 will be delivered today from two days ago but DPD don’t even have my parcel. Why would you email a customer say tomorrow when you haven’t even send it to Dpd?? I took a day off yesterday because this order as it requires ID and then nothing!!!

    When is @EE going to sort out signal problems? Only been a customer for a few weeks (after being told coverage in area was 'excellent') & 2nd day with no 4g signal. Phone signal just as bad. Not fit for purpose.

    @EE I moved to your network recently, took my number with me from Three but I'm texting people and it's NOT my old number it's the one that came with the sim. I've already moved the number with pac and had txts etc confirming it's done. What's going on?

    @EE I left your service & there's a final bill to pay, but you cancelled my online account so I can't pay & your automated payment line won't accept the mobile number (nor will online chat) Now I've received a letter threatening debt collection agencies will be involved. HELP!
