    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didnโ€™t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we donโ€™t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE hi, my mother is with you guys and you offered her another deal and she said yes, wanted to keep her old number but the sim you sent is a new number and we donโ€™t know how to change it over. Can you help please? Thank you.

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

    DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE ยฃ28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE

    @EE is the worst network on this earth and when my contract is up in September Iโ€™m leaving! ยฃ80 a month for a iPhone 15 pro max & the network IS ****!!!!
