    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE two months of complaining and I’m still being incorrectly charged for two phones, now EE have cut me off so I can’t send texts or make phone calls. This is unbelievable. So much for FCA complaint timelines, I have no luck on email or calling. What do I have to do to fix this?

    @EE charging me for 120gb since April last year and only giving me 60gb I phone for the 2nd time about this and put on hold for 36 minutes I'm then told by one of ur team that they can't understand what's gone wrong but will try to rectify it. Hold. Then they hang up..shocking

    @EE Well, as I am the first to whinge about terrible service, thank you and @BT Mobile for your fast and reliable Mobile Service. I was getting 0.8Mps with Vodafone. But I've kept my number and at worst I'm getting 30Mps and best over 100 now. Cheers.

    Hey @EE Hope you’re well. The 4G signal in my area seems to be very bad for some reason. It has been for a good few months (I haven’t said anything as I thought works were going on). I used the coverage checker which says I should get 3 bars on 4G but I get 1 bar only

    @EE the service I received in two different South London stores was absolutely abysmal. Stratford Westfield staff were rude and instead of answering a question when approached I was told to check in at the front despite there being no one there … (continued in reply)
