@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

Budget Day is one of the busiest days in my job and @virginmedia has been down for most of the last 24 hours. Very disappointing but thankful to @EE for their generous amount of data and getting me through today. Looking forward to getting a good upgrade from them next week!

@EE I am so sorry to say this but you are not the number one network. You may be the biggest...but 3 is winnng with the unlimited sim only for a tenner. Ive been with EE and you all took a fortune off me.

@EE Yes. Several browsers. This is an issue that is universal as I’ve had other people test too. I tried via ios safari and chrome and safari on my Mac.

@EE 2/2 Why take customer's to a page that tells you that you're eligible, make them go through the checkout process then send an email asking them to call you only to tell them they can't have the upgrade?

@EE Hi I contacted you last night about my Internet speed which has dropped dramatically. It was down to 2mbps.i have done the switching off and on basics, but the speed is still only 9mbps. It should be around 27mbps. Help!
