@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I tried to contact you via your website today but you can't service my call via txt. After a head on car crash I find telephone calls very difficult and need to know why I got 2 insurance confirmation letters for the 1 phone number please.

@EE once again the signal in the HU16 is rubbish, can’t even get 4g today , can you explain why this keeps happening and why I’m paying you so much ? Il be cancelling my direct debits if this doesn’t improve rapidly
