    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

    Why is @EE’s service all over #Newquay & the surrounding area so poor? 4G & 3+ bars but data connection / speed is woeful / virtually non existent! Several of the people I’m with are also on #EE & are all experiencing the same issue!

    @EE I left EE two weeks ago but new network has poor coverage in my area, but EE now tell me I cannot come back and open a new account for 30 days. Why is that?

    @EE No. I'm giving my notice as soon as I get another broadband provider. Unless you can guarantee I get a signal in my kitchen, literally 15 feet away from my modem at less than what I'm paying. I've been a customer since 1999 and am seriously thinking of cancelling all 8 lines.
