  @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

  @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

  @EE Is there a way of reporting that an issue has been fixed? I reported the local mast being offline this morning, but it's working again now. Report ID is 3631323. The confirmation email came from no-reply@... so not much point replying to that!

  @virginmedia Are there any mobile outages in the UK right now? My phone suddenly lost Virgin's 4G signal on 05\01\22 at 2pm, mid-use. It has not been able to reconnect to Virgin's 3G or 4G networks since then. It is currently connecting to @EE's network (roaming). Help! 🤨

  @EE - the reason I've left your broadband service is quite simple. I have asked what you can do to improve the quality of our crap wi-fi as we couldn't even get it upstairs and I needed a bit more than 'unplug it then plug it back in'. It wasn't fit for purpose.

  @EE i've just switched away from EE and need to get a final bill but i can't login. I get a login error: "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later." 🙄
