    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @JezzaD1972 @EE They literally introduced the Sky VIP Rewards scheme a week after I cancelled and when I spoke to them to get a new dish installed for Sky Q instead they treated me like a new customer for rewards purposes because they said only unbroken years of service counted!

    @AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.
