@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE Sorry I got sidetracked with covid on holiday. Juat pointing out the signal in Ingoldmells is appalling. Not a fault just a low signal and obvious lack of data capacity in the summer down there

@EE I have been a pay as you go customer for a few months now. 4g used to be excellent and fast. For the past week it has been extremely poor. I mean, unbearably. Is there a reason for this? Cheers
