    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE no internet for two days. We need that internet for work and security. Your call centre person said we need a new router, the other one is one year old! Now down detector and on here says you are having coverage problems. Be honest. Which is it?

    @EE EE selling me a phone contract on the basis of 3 working day delivery and then being unable to give me any specific post sale information when phone not delivered is terrible customer service. Had i known I would have changed my provider.

    @EE Thanks. My sim is an ee one but purchased through scancom. Tried logging into th service checker but says service not working right now. Please can you just tell me why mobile signal is down in NE20?
