@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I took a contract out with free add-ons. I was told on a chat with one of your colleagues that they would only activate when I messaged 150. I’ve just seen on the app that the free period for them ends next month even though I’ve never used them or activated them. How?

@EE Hey, whenever I try to make an online account I get just an error message, regardless of what I do it on. I finish paying off a device today and want to close the contract so I don't get billed next month! Please help! x
