    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Hi, Yes I still have 9GB. I thought it may have been an issue because we had some bad weather. Sometimes it goes down to 3G and other times it says 4G but then says I have no connection (I’ll still have 3 bars of signal though)

    Getting so fed up that between @NOWTV broadband and my @EE 4G, I have such a slow connection (currently averaging 1mbps at best) that I can't even stream shows even at horrific quality. I can't believe it's 2021 and broadband speeds are this bad.

    @EE No, I’ve not heard from DPD, just had an email from yourselves to say estimated delivery date was yesterday. I paid extra for quick delivery and need the new handset for work tomorrow. Current handset not working properly

    @EE hello, my current broadband plan ends tomorrow but my new providers plan doesn’t start until next month. Am I able to continue on this plan just for one more month and then cancel without any fees next month? Hope that makes sense!

    @EE @MartinSLewis why can I get a better deal as a new customer than an existing one?? Find the deal I want but that price is not available when I log in... not good customer service.
