@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE utterly unusable internet speeds all day today. Not much better yesterday. My postcode is PH29EX but I suspect it’s the entire network that is struggling. Can we have a no nonsense answer please. Don’t ask me to DM. Just respond here.

@EE Zoom working again now. It kept saying “There is trouble with your connection.” I have just been talking to a local lad who told me all his family have been having internet problems across Warwickshire all day.

@yougotthis40 @EE That is a decent enough upload but rubbish download. I’m talking to them now. I am guessing that one of the 2 masts that I connect to is running at low power to accommodate an upgrade/repairs. Or it is generally an issue with their network more widely. Will update the thread

@EE WiFi is connecting but no Internet on amazon firestick and Xbox when it's close to the hub when firestick is moved upstairs it's working better but buffering alot. Not working great on mobile devices either (tablet or phone)
