    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @TalkTalk It’s not my property so I can’t do anything but I have to remove secure DNS and disable my iPhones MAC masking to just get any sort of data throughput. Thankfully @EE network is as robust as ever and I can avoid using the wifi.

    Why is @EE’s service all over #Newquay & the surrounding area so poor? Been here for a week with 4G & 3+ bars signal but data connection / speed is consistently woeful / virtually non existent! Several of the people I’m with are also on #EE & are all experiencing the same issue!

    @EE Hello, I'm receiving text messages to my phone that are 1-2 days delayed (I'm in Uganda) - which means I can't access my NHS account because they send a login security code via SMS which expires. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia Apparently @EE send their customers a text saying that the network will be done? I don't even get someone answering me? Great service there (!)
