@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE I have just got out of your Mansfield store. Beth was wonderful, she could have given me the customer service number and sent me away but she was engaging caring and sat with me while I sorted my issue out. She is a credit to your business.

@EE @RiaBish I wouldn't buy anything from this company - I can't even get mobile network coverage 🙄 and they couldn't care less - their Customer Service is appalling - I have sent my complaint to The Ombudsman.

Beyond belief customer services call from @O2. Looks like you have a **** signal and no we wouldn't do anything about unless you want to apply for a masters yourself. Back to @EE I go then when I can afford to pay off my phone.

@EE It doesn't matter, it's not just me. Even my friends who uses EE get all this error. The problem is the website and mobile app itself. That's where you guys should focus.
