Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!
