@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@kyrstie_hogg @EE My cousin has been waiting for 2 weeks for them to resolve an issue in which they took a 3 figure sum out of his bank which by ees own admission they should not have took. The CS has been awful

Been a customer of @EE for nearly a decade - just had a look for an upgrade, and nothing remotely within my price range (about 3x what I paid for my last contract). Time for a change me thinks - anyone in #Prestonpans know how O2, Three and Vodafone's signals are?

@EE I then went to EE on Sunday to claim my insurance, which I had been told in the shop was full insurance. The customer sales rep completely dismissed everything I said and told me the “full insurance” I was sold only actually covered damage. The EE sales rep miss sold me cover

@EE have treated me (a loyal customer of 20 + years) with no respect or loyalty over the last few days. I upgraded my phone and took out “full insurance” 3 weeks ago. I then had my phone stolen on Saturday, leaving me shaken and extremely distressed.
