@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE Yes managed to get through, one problem solved still having problems with my ee. Won't let me log in changed my password still doesn't recognise me so now I cant even look at a new upgrade 😫

@EE all I want is a replacement sim which I was told was being sent. None arrived been chasing up with no success.. So far spoke the 4 people 3 cc one online was told to use app... Nothing there to obtain replacement sim.. Terrible waste of staff time.I lost Orginal one.

@EE Guys, not sure what's going on but my internet is utterly ridiculous at the moment, it's so slow I can't even send an email. I pay like £80 a month and to be fair, I'm not getting the service.

@EE I bought new ipad lost sim when trying to transfer to new tablet. Have spoken to 4 yes 4 people they cannot help as I failed 1 security question ie when did I take the contract out... Its not shown on paperwork hit it wrong so can't help next call go in app online.. Nothing
