I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

Helpful colleague on Saturday but didnโt call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we donโt have to keep doing this!

Iโm (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.
