@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Absolute pisstake of a service so far. Two weeks of endless errors, problems, and now my number may be lost in the system forever. I spend hours on the phone and yet everything is going wrong with sorting my contract. I want a manager to call me this evening! Get it done!

@IanWiseman3 @EE And this ain’t poor customer service. They Did not offer the service to cancel customers contracts when they have been a victim to a circumstance beyond EE control. They are giving you the same service as all customers who are in contract.

@EE is there an issue right now with WiFi Calling? Reception when I receive or make calls is terrible (I’m basically unintelligible). Disabled Wifi Calling…all back to normal. Has been like this for a few days. Just worked it out by process of elimination…

Don't bother with @EE for your mobile phone..if you ever have an issue you just get passed around a clueless support service until you give up. Time to change provider
