    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Hi Suzie, luckily one of your online chat colleagues sorted the upgrade for me as the website refuses to work. This definitely needs sorting as looking at your EE community page I am not the only customer with this issue. I have the EE app and get exactly the same issue there!

    @EE How can your website and app be broken AGAIN!?! I'm trying to unlock a phone to get away from EE and all I get is "there's a problem at our end... come back later". So bored, so frustrated.

    Trying to make a call from a train in the UK is just a waste of time. I know this but I still attempted it this evening. Lost the signal and the call dropped just at a critical moment. Times that by a zillion and dip it in something brown @EE 😠

    @EE can you enable roaming on my phone please. I have a new SIM with the worldwide roaming package, texted roaming to 150 but am in the U.S without a signal. Cheers

    @EE what’s going on? Every number I dial, it says it’s incorrect but it was working 12 hours ago. I can’t even call customer service because it says the number I’ve dialled is incorrect.

    @EE I put in the new sim card and now I am completely locked out of the phone. The pin number you gave ne doesn't work, the PUK you gave me doesn't work, the old simcard doesn't work, my EE password doesn't work and my beautiful new phone is functionally a brick.
