@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE App not working? Nothing seems to come up on any of the pages. Says I’m not the account holder so won’t allow my any access. (I am the account holder as there’s nobody else…)

@EE Yes, all sorted. I called tech support. There was a software issue at your end but he was able to sort my account manually. The wider problem probably needs to be addressed though. Thanks.

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Not got the original problem sorted - but we’ve abandoned that now after the drama of having no phones working at all but our phones are active again so back to square one and leaving things as they are!
