    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @Leafs1201 @EE Their online account access has been down for the most of today. I have asked EE to inform their customers both on the website and on social media - nothing forthcoming - very poor. Thousands of customers may worry that their accounts have been compromised.

    *sigh* @EE The mobile app tells me to reset the password, which I have finally been able to do, now when I log in it wants me to add my number again but when I try to do that I keep getting errors. What a frustrating experience... Maybe I need to switch again...

    @StephanieMPR @EE Agreed - they could easily put a current warning on their website that a problem is occurring. Others being told to change their password but then not receiving the link. These things happen - but @EE should be telling us. Their Twitter account says nothing.

    @EE I’ve just added bt sport as a benefit. I can view on my phone but not the app on my Samsung tv. I’m also unable to cast it using mirroring and Apple TV. Can you help?
