@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I am in Germany. PAYG does NOT WORK when leaving the UK. The App doesnt as i cant login without a passcode which is sent to the number that is no longer accessible because I am outside of the UK. I cant call 150 as it does not work with PAYG. I CAN'T call other number. No PHONE!

@EE Hi. Just tried to phone my Dad and it went straight to answerphone. I messaged him instead through Facebook and he tried to call me but he’s getting a “no cellular network” message. Postcode is SK6 - are there any issues?

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
