@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE No not alright. Attempted to cancel contract and haven't been able to speak to an advisor as need to speak to Channel returns or something. Emailed multiple times still no reply. Called number numerous times no answer. Your return department just say contact channel returns.

If anyone wants **** customer service.. reach out to @EE they’ll know how to put you in a bad mood!! Sending my new phone to my old address and now can’t get a new one till Tuesday all because they didn’t phone me back.. and can’t give me a replacement. Waste of ******* space!

I had a phone repair in EE as no visible damage or anything at a store that did 2 hour repairs, I had to leave my phone in overnight as they asked Google tech support for advice over something (lord knows what?) And I asked them to change the SIM just in case it was that.

@EE are there problems on the ee network for customers who are abroad and trying to use roaming? I’m abroad and getting no service at all which has never happened before, I can’t even call ee customer service?
