@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

@EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

@kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

Hi @EE just looking at new phone deals. Why is it more expensive to buy a new phone as an existing customer? E.g. £43/mo & £30 upfront for iphone SE 128 on 100GB vs only £37/mo and 0 upfront for a new customer. Where is my incentive to stay with you?
