Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

BNAG (@_BNAG) reported@EE how hard can it be to cancel my broadband!? My new provider couldn’t get you to do it. You couldn’t do it when I rang up, I was told I’d be contacted when it could be done, it’s been three days and nothing. This is ridiculous.

How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now!
