    @EE "the best network in the UK" - I don't think so. Yet again the network is down for a part of Cornwall - well over 24 hours now - laughable if it wasn't so annoying

    @EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

    @EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

    @EE Chose a tariff - been a customer for years. Was told that the tariff not eligible for NHS discount. The said tariff is available to anyone - so, how do you explain that NHS discount can't be used? It's a clever ploy, which makes @EE look good...whereas, there is no discount!
