Tell me they’re going to send me a new SIM card yesterday, but might take 5 days to arrive wake up today and my numbers been cut off

I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month
