@EE @denkmit I've been an EE customer for a long time and I rate the network over the others I have been with, but this is just a terrible decision to take. I also pay for two other contracts for my children. Looks like it could be three lost contracts when it comes to renewal time.

  • Bill_Tasselli Bill #FBPPR #FBPE #FBPA (@Bill_Tasselli) reported

Dear @EE As a long-standing customer, I am appalled that you are reintroducing roaming charges for UK customers. I appreciate this applies to new customers only (for now!) but I am very angry that there can be only one reason: GREEDY PROFITEERING UNSCRUPULOUS BASTARDS 1/2

  • bowersbros Alex Bowers (@bowersbros) reported

@EllenMcCabe_ @EE @kevinbellwood I'll let you pay mine, I already pay £40 a month for a service, that is now being made worse.

  • zhingmaster Blahoo #FPBE (@zhingmaster) reported

@EE with the announcement of you opportunistically bringing back roaming charges, just months after ruling them out, coming just after a terrible 2 hours speaking to your customer service, I can assure I, and a few other I know, will be looking to leave you.

  • Trogdouser PaulTM™ 🇳🇱 #BlijfThuis (@Trogdouser) reported

@EE Hi there, You’re re-introducing roaming charges within Europe. I’m not a new customer, or upgrading. So how does that work?

  • Nick_L_B Nick Barton (@Nick_L_B) reported

@ee Shame on you for planning to bring back roaming charges (especially after saying you wouldn't). I've been a customer for over 20 years, looks like I need to find another network that doesn't want to fleece us. #liars #ee

  • obiwanscottish thevitalspark (@obiwanscottish) reported

@BBCNews @EE this is pretty poor. It doesn’t cost £2 per day to roam.

  • awkward_ms_n Ms N (@awkward_ms_n) reported

Why have I got a gone away marker on my account when I haven’t changed address in 4 years? Why do I have to go to the store to fix your error! @EE

  • m3g4 𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙄𝙎 (@m3g4) reported

@ian_mclaughlin @EE Well by that logic, I exist to save money, so why should I fund a service that they previously were happy to offer for free? Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

  • ReallyRew Rebecca W (@ReallyRew) reported

@EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!
