@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

Ok so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!

@EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

@EE Hi! Thanks for replying. Turns out that he'd had it on charge but hadn't switched the plug on, so it had less batter than he'd expected. He's pretty hopeless with tech etc so he phoned me straight away, and it's tough to help when you're not there, haha. Thank you anyway:)

Shocking customer service from @Apple & @EE - new phone in July and has been sent to EE & APPLE for repair and been advised by APPLE to send again as it’s not working when I only got it back 6 days ago!!!!

@EE There's a problem in my area, so its not like they can do anything. I have already got 4 days applied to my account as a loss of service but that 4 days is already gone and still no service. I'd like more compensation than 4 days when its already another 7 days on the top of that
