Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.
-
Usman Sikander (@usmansikander_1) reported from Bristol, EnglandHi @EE, the reception is very poor for sometime now. I remember there was a planned maintenance going on, how long more until it gets sorted out?

MarkSpeaking 🔶#LibDem #CheshamAndAmersham (@markspeaking) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Things that never happened
-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported@EE The whole website is terrible, terrible ui, terrible ux
-
Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.
-
SuMu⛈ (@sumuhardy) reported@EE might actually be the worst network, charged me £20 for calls that never went through and won’t allow me to make calls via WiFi
-
James Essex (@JEssex28942) reported@EE I have your Digital home phone service. It’s 20p per minute. Can I add a call package?
-
Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.
-
Lucifer's Consigliere (@666_Consigliere) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Get lost. This is bigger than Tom’s issue today. Everyone knows that it is a big problem across the country.

Hope is NOT a Strategy (@cunningstuntss1) reported@EE Every morning for last couple of weeks, the broadband service goes down, here in HA9 area. Again, this morning. This is a terrible service. C'mon, sort it out. It's 2026, not 2006.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
