  • MaartenSleeckx Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  • rustyrossco Orange head (@rustyrossco) reported from Caldicot, Wales

@EE Think il wait until the handset is free,, you’re having my pants down enough as it is 👍🏼

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • Benjymayo Ben mayo (@Benjymayo) reported from Caldicot, Wales

@EE hi there, trying to get onto my EE, but no joy. Can’t get hold of anyone for help either?

  • kjo68 Kimberley Hunter (@kjo68) reported from Cheddar, England

  • DanielFry23 Daniel Fry (@DanielFry23) reported from Filton, England

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • AmySprongle69 Amy Johnston (@AmySprongle69) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I don't use your service. I owe about 2 grand to you from an old phone so I wouldn't register with your service again. Stay safe though.

@EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.

  • Craigohbryn Craig Williams (@Craigohbryn) reported from Kingswood, England

When can a phone damage void warranty when damage does not result in failure? @EE_repair_dept @EE Not impressed!

  • mrshepcom MrShep (@mrshepcom) reported from Avonmouth, England

@EE Is the EE network down? Can’t make calls this morning, says I’ve dialled an incorrect number 🤔. Some mobiles I can ring others says I've dialled an incorrect number

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@andrewcoulsonn @EE EE's serving site is just other side of Broughton Village, though it does have B3 & B20 service available. I doubt a centre of that size would justify an internal system.

  • artsonthemoveco Arts On The Move (@artsonthemoveco) reported

Just had a very rude call from @EE on my business phone. Man - didn't get his name - wanted to save me money on my broadband package and, after me explaining 3 times that I wasn't interested and our under contract home package was with @bt_uk, he just hung up. Hung up! #rude

  • WorkPsychol DrAngi 🟢⚪️🟣 (@WorkPsychol) reported

What’s on earth has gone wrong with @EE ????? we switched to them six months ago snd still having problems 😡 they merged and don’t seem to have got their act together. my husband has just spent the third time running 2 1/2 hours on the phone trying to deal with this - there should be some recompense for customers who go through this otherwise we’re thinking of leaving

  • Smigggss Al (@Smigggss) reported

@EE HI the signal in my area has been terrible For around 6/7 months I went into the shop Ad I thought it was my phone to find out there is a fault in the area when will this be fixed? Liverpool 6 area? Thanks

  • ESlibrarian Mark Philip Rennie (@ESlibrarian) reported

@EE I'm having two issues - looks like my phone number has now been spoofed by a call centre. Secondly, a company running a red pull cord emergency system/entry system put my phone number into at least one person's call for emergency/help push button phone

  • OdeVisionAFC ØdeVision (@OdeVisionAFC) reported

@regisgoldens @EE Hi Debbie, I work for a network provider and I’m willing to get you onto a brilliant deal, all proof required of this being legitimate will be sent to you, drop me a message

  • liamdonaghy88 Liam Donaghy (@liamdonaghy88) reported

@EE I'd just like to make it known that I don't appreciate having your door to door salesman turning up at my door after 7pm and ignoring the "No Cold Calling" sign in the process. Maybe basic courtesy and being able to read should be part of your corporate policy.

  • thatcedric The Curse of Cedric (@thatcedric) reported

We've had no phone signal in Southsea for a couple weeks. The wife has been getting emails from @EE saying there is maintenance in response to her complaints. This morning's email said the maintenance had finished and to phone them if we still had problems We have no phone signal

  • andrewcoulsonn Andrew Coulson (@andrewcoulsonn) reported

@EE Still doesn’t solve anything, this issue has been happening for some years now. If you can’t make the service work then maybe I should leave the carrier and head to a competitive network.

  • Loubylou252 Lou (@Loubylou252) reported

@EE How do I speak to someone to make a complaint as I've had the same issue every month for last 5 months, I contact every time, every time told its sorted then it happens again the following month! I'm sick of wasting time talking to people who clearly can't do the job!
