@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

@EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

@virginmedia The speed test above is using @EE service. I was highlighting how I and others can solve the issue of getting your lines fixed by using an alternative that involves no cables. I currently can't test @virginmedia speed as I'm waiting on a repull from you.

@EE Yes. She confirmed what a shocking 💩 show EE are. I’m signed up for updates but didn’t get any. Your website lies saying there are no problems in my area. Your masts are on private land you can’t access. HAPPY NEW YEAR EE. I can’t even call my elderly mother. Cheers

@EE No because you just want to hide it. You have 5 masts down. I have no signal and there are the facts. The only resolution is for your engineers to fix the problem. It’s new year and I can’t even send a text!!!!!

Hey @EE I took out a unlimited data SIM due to the issues I'm having with @virginmedia . However, I noticed that you're using IP V6 which doesn't nicely translate to a ipv4. Is there anyway to get a static ipv4 with your setup or will I need to push my traffic through a Vpn?
