    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE had no WiFi for three days. Wanting to talk to someone and all I keep getting is a text saying Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hour. It’s been three days

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.

    @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit
