    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my phone because it's broken, only I need a pin for the security check which I can't get because, as I said, phone is broken. Can the pin be texted to my husband's phone? I also couldn't get any assistance via online chat & can't call 150, obviously

    @EE I have to say your service is appalling. I ordered a simcard and was talk it would be sent by Royal Mail fair enough but it was sent by dpd and I’ve been charged £6 I was misadvised also only getting 80gb of my 160 gb as promised what the hell is going on? Trust pilot it is
