    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

    @EE Customer for 19 yrs, always had 4+ products, horrendous service for last year&half. Upgrade offered iPhone 12, 1GB for £35, when I called back to sign up I was told this offer didn’t exist&given a higher monthly quote, still waiting for the promised call, last tweet ignored
