@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE my 86 Yr old mother had a home visit today to set up a new phone. Guy turned up turned it on and did nothing else she asked about transferring numbers etc, he told her to read instructions and use an app. Terrible service, now has a useless phone with no numbers can't use it

@jos3000 @EE I did ask about the streaming box, but apparently it’s not planned to come out here anytime soon sadly. Annoying, as I’m primarily an iPhone user but hey ho! I’d say it’s clear enough to read text on websites, and the ability to bring screens closer should help with smaller text
