No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@plusnethelp Bad form that, " your bill is going up" notification. Can see its nearly 10% increase but your wording is ambiguous as you don't mention the cpi rate, #badform. I note the @ee notification does state cpi of 5.4% . You should have too

@EE Three years ago, Shirley set up an account apparently using my e-mail address. I tried contacting @EE at that time, and it is basically impossible internationally. At the time, I reset her password so I could login to their live-chat tech support.

This all happened three years ago in 2018. Now I am receiving e-mails for Shirley from @EE yet again!!! What sort of garbage excuse for a telecom company doesn't verify e-mail addresses!! And now I have to suffer through their spam with little recourse.
