    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE No. But it dropped shortly after an hour. My call was never life threatening, but if your network is cutting off calls to 111 you may be complicit in someone's recovery. You need to look into this. It's now in the public domain.

    The level of scammers using Indian accent to scam people here in UK is becoming something else. These Indians have been calling my wife and I claiming to be from EE network and trying to obtain information. @EE how are these scammers getting information from your system?

    @EE The person using 07497348686 said they were from santander bank, fraud dept he was trying to obtain details about my father who had past away recently. I have spoken to the bank & given them details. they confirmed they do not use mobile no the network used is yours EE

    @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

    @EE Hi. I cannot buy a new pack. It’s not letting me do it online, and when i use 150 to do it the call just cuts off when i select the option to top up. I literally cannot top up this is crazy. Can you help please?
