DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. I finally got through to someone who left me on hold to get her team leader for 30 minutes then hung up. As well as overcharging my network is down.

I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.
