    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    Soo beta day and @EE WiFi is down for the millionth time since I joined them. But they are more than fine taking 80 pound a month from me for these crappy services. I hate how cancellation fees are a thing or I'd be gone.

    As expected @EE does not support eSIM transfer. Please reconsider as it is very frustrating set up experience when setting up iPhone 14.

    Again @EE let’s all their customer down on #iphone launch day. This time they are blaming the #queensfuneral as the excuse. Really weird, Apple have stock and @O2 customer have their tracking. Such a second rate network… #disapoonted

    @EE placed order for Apple Watch 8 38 minutes after pre-orders opened last Friday. No updates on delivery for today. Spoken to CS and they are now telling me it could be another 3 weeks and can’t explain properly why I’ve not got it today. Poor communication and response.

    @Dcunliffe98 @EE I just got off the phone with them - surprise surprise there is a delay with the Pro Max models - delay could be up to 28 days. It's an absolute shambles but the supply chain issue is with Apple not EE.

    @EE I don't understand how a company of this size can consistently deliver me the worst customer experience. I ordered my new phone on more than 10 minutes after pre orders started last Friday, and I still have no idea if I'll get it this side of Christmas. Call me, Sort it out.
