@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE my broadband , out since Monday , multiple phone calls following instructions how to fix it myself , none work , 2 engineers on Wednesday ,couldn’t fix it , new box on Friday , still not working, you book me an engineer for Monday, you’ve now cancelled that cause your to busy

@bt_uk Well a temporary solution. But @EE customer service and the #tooting branch told me my device would be fixed same day. I’ve actually been quoted 5 days. You might be the fastest UK network but you’re a long way off the being the best service provider
