@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE Went through everything chose phone signed documents then she said OH theres a problem spoje to manager Hadon who told her to ring someone else they informed her there was no ability to upgrade in store and it was a nationwide problem. Walked out with my refund. The End

God @EE signal is terrible in South Shields, tried two phones and it’s rotten - so much “no service” - have to switch network because of it
