    Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

    @EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

    Ffs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

    I need help 15th Aug my phone stopped working Came back went to carphone warehouse who sent the phone away for repair. When it came back the report said that @EE have blocked the phone I have never been with @EE , carphone warehouse think they have typed the incorrect IMIE number

    @EE what is the issue with the pre order iPhone 17 pro max? I’ve been waiting 2 months now for it. The shop is always saying it is not delivered. I was told 14 days then 28 days. It’s been 60 now.

    @bt_uk @EE @Ofcom we're a grassroots charity. You gave us terrible service which led to a collections agency chasing us. Where do we send our collections agency as you overcharged us and havent even tried to refund us. Get in touch. You owe us £282 #ConsumerRights
