    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE lovely when your complaint is ignored. Raised on 17th Feb ID1990590. This was about being lied to on black Friday, told I would get a £200 by the advisor. But then told it wasn't meant for me. Shocking. @BBCWatchdog can you help? How can you trat customers like this!!

    @EE Been with EE for over 10 years , done a comparison quote and it’s actually £2 cheaper a mth than I pay now , with an extra near on £8 on top , you’re the most expensive network. 😕 it’s a big price jump

    @EE Steph please stop copying and pasting from a script. If i’d have known that 2 months in to the contract it would have been 14.5% more expensive I wouldn’t have gone ahead! Can I return my handset please and cancel contract without penalty

    Never again with @EE took contracts out Friday only 2/3 Sims turned up signals not great cancel Saturday, tried canceling twice today and instead of canceling I get a bill 🙄 so helpful NOT

    @EE @MarcAllera @Ofcom - i was promised a resolution to the fraud on my account (when you sent an iPhone to a fraudster) w/i 7 days. Heard nothing. Promised a courtesy follow up call and a call from a manager (following complaint) today. Nothing. What do I do next please?
