@EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

@EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.
