    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @EE Yes that’s fine. When I paid for my early upgrade last year one of your colleagues over the phone & one in shop advised not using another charger/cable as it could damage the charger port, that’s why I’m getting a wireless one & hopefully this works

    @EE after 2 great years of service with EE I get charged for xtra add to plans not on my account both in November and December resulting in huge bills at Xmas. Bank statement showing bill paid as alway until 13th of jan! Never missed a payment and no reminder or warning from ee

    @Lindemann27 Tried all that! Even followed a guide online to check the router firmware was up to date! Last I can think is I need a signal booster but my flat is tiny! I’m practically sitting on the router!! It ******* useless @EE

    @EE Yes, it needs to go back to PAYG. She panicked because she had no credit and couldn’t get to the shop due to icy conditions. She phoned for help and was sold a contract which is very poor value.

    @EE any idea when the EE app is going to be up and running. I have had issues with it for 2 weeks now, all the updates on my phone and app have been done so no issues there- I want to see my bill but can’t access it !!!!
