@SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Exeter District, England

@dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

  • dannybwhittle Danny Whittle  (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

  • LucindaFrancis Lucinda Francis (@LucindaFrancis) reported from Exeter District, England

@EE @OPPOMobileUK Been a customer since 2008 ....upgrade deal offered was nothing short of a disgrace Paying over £100 per month with EE No customer loyalty

  • Truecrime_70 Truecrime_70 (@Truecrime_70) reported

@EE @OPPOMobileUK Network that gives me a signal. Support team keep telling more lies after lies when you complain. Ombudsman next. 2 months with ee and they’re useless. Avoid people

  • scott_m_me Scott Mooney (@scott_m_me) reported

@BelvedereVicar @EE Obviously less of a case with SIM only contracts which are 100% (ish) for the service.

  • ReallyScottish Humza’s Scooter (@ReallyScottish) reported

@EE That doesn’t make the price increases ‘fair’ though does it? I maybe agreed to CPI increases in theory but not 14%?! Quite a bad attitude to have.

  • scott_m_me Scott Mooney (@scott_m_me) reported

@BelvedereVicar @EE In my case I'd estimate the network service element of the contract is less that 1/3 of the monthly total. Probably closer to 1/4. There is no way their financing costs on the phones has gone up 14%. It's largely a margin grab (in my view).

  • StormChaser22 🇺🇦 Thomas 🇺🇦 (@StormChaser22) reported

@EE your stupid app for android is on a login loop! Can't login! My account is locked! Deliberate delays?

  • StacyBetts86 Stacy 💙 (@StacyBetts86) reported

@EE Another automatic response not actually addressing what you are doing to your customers in times of crisis don’t worry my contract ends in august and I’ll be leaving as soon as I can as no other network robs as much as EE

  • mshamburt Mrs..💙 (@mshamburt) reported

@EE We pay the same as a busier areas for a substandard service at the best of times but the last few weeks have been worse than ever?

  • Truecrime_70 Truecrime_70 (@Truecrime_70) reported

@EE Would be alright if I could get a signal in uk never mind turkey

  • NicolaMahood 🐝Nicola Mahood🐝 (@NicolaMahood) reported

@EE I get that the increase happens, but if part of my contract is the purchase of a handset, you surely can’t then say it’s 14% more expensive than it was when I got it a few months ago? The 14% should only apply to network rates
