The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Dee Coombes (@dee_coombes) reported@EE I did, but although my broadband is poor, my landline has been down for over a week. Spoke to a person last week. Said it would be back by 4th. Spoke again yesterday. She said she will contact me in, I think, a week, or 10 days. This is awful.

I have been without WiFi since 28/1 and the next review date is the 10/2 I personally don’t understand why it takes so long. This should have been working on the 14/1 . I speak with EE every day what more can I do
