@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

  • coleybbq Mark Cole (@coleybbq) reported from Exeter District, England

@SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

  • cavemandave71 caveman (@cavemandave71) reported

@EE No query, I just don't want to pay roaming charges so moving to a network that doesn't charge for them.

  • MumMouthy MouthyMum (@MumMouthy) reported

Still haven't had anyone ring me from 3 weeks ago when they said they would. Still having issues not receiving full internet from our wifi device so I intend on not paying full price for the last 3 weeks bill! Ignorant company @EE #badcustomerservice #goelsewhere

  • dave_suspect Dave avgeek Mon🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ✈☉🍺🍸 (@dave_suspect) reported

@EE morning, any reason as to why I'm getting under 2mb speed on my data speed just now? Any issues in the Cockenzie/Port Seton area been reported? Thats a hell of a slow speed, need that sorted pronto folks.

  • JCollinsAndreu Julia Collins Andreu (@JCollinsAndreu) reported

@EE bringing back roaming charges is pure profiteering. I will be leaving at the end of my contract after having a continuous account since 1996 (pre EE with T Mobile). So disappointed in the company - have always had great service but very unimpressed with this news.

  • Roystonwarrior Steve O'Sullivan (@Roystonwarrior) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE They didn't "pledge not to reintroduce roaming charges", they said they had no plans to introduce them. Surely even you can see the difference? I've no plans to move house, but that doesn't mean I never will.

  • hope_155 Chris (@hope_155) reported

Since I agreed to renew my @EE internet I'm paying more and having a less reliable service. Lovely job

  • isabellaHYZOVA Izzy H (@isabellaHYZOVA) reported

@EE absolutely appalling service to my elderly parents who are brand new customers of yours. Organised wifi at new house in advance, EE sent the INCORRECT routers and are now making them wait until 8th July to fix it?!?!

  • hope_155 Chris (@hope_155) reported

So since I chose to renew my @EE broadband I'm paying more and having worse service

  • beetleweenie james felgate (@beetleweenie) reported

@EE broadband has been shocking lately and have now got even worse at 1.5 Mbps today. Any chance you can help me out please?

  • Andrew70265613 Drew #KroenkeOut #ArtetaOut (@Andrew70265613) reported

@EE I want to cancel my contract, I’m moving to someone who doesn’t have roaming charges.
