    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @EE Hi, I’m currently on my way to work. We are having terrible problems with the internet dropping out repeatedly and dropped calls while at home. It’s frustrating and annoying and it is effecting me receiving work as I rely on the the phone as do we both

    @EE We are long standing customers and feel let down. It’s only since we moved provider for the WiFi to yourselves from BT who we thought you worked alongside so it shouldn’t have made this massive difference.

    @EE @shmergel My signal has been awful for about 4 days not being able to access the app to speak to someone or use my phone lost out on jobs because of it fuming is an understatement

    @EE Ive been waiting 3.5 weeks for my broadband connection to be fixed, my July charges were refunded, however the issue still isnt resolved and when I complained your representative on the phone said I can move to another provider! Pls can someone get in touch asap, unacceptable

    @EE Hi there. Can you tell my why you can’t get in to do an upgrade on the app or website please. Let’s me in the constantly kicks me out. Very infuriating. I’m not able to go in store and I don’t want to call. Didn’t have a problem like this when I upgraded last time.

    @EE Hi ! No change … I’ve reset all the network settings 3G phone is unusable 4g all apps .. safari etc slow 5G no difference to 4g

    @O2 One week since I signed your contract & still I haven't got a phone that works-it now phones out but not able to text out & crucially,not receiving phone calls or texts. I will have to return to your Burnley shop. Reason I left @EE was poor after sales service despite my loyalty.
