    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    @EE hi EE, upgraded my phone on the 8th August, received email confirming but nothing since!! Unable to reply to email, help on the app gives contact number but that cuts out saying this number is no longer available - what’s happening ?

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    Little update for those wondering; Apparently a mast is pretty broken near me that my internet relies on and taking much longer to fix than anticipated. Next months charge has been waived due to my issues. Top work @EE from your advisor Grant 👍

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    @EE I will “reach out” tomorrow, but having just been discharged from hospital after major abdominal surgery I don’t have much strength at present! You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

    @EE This link is useless as it is the one I have been using only to be fobbed off and lied too. I want to speak to someone who can sort things out. Just one person who can successfully deal with the complaint of human incompetence. Who is a manager or head of complaints?

    @EE @danfotoman1 @ee are so ****, i used to have 7 phones and 2 i pads with them, i`m finally down to 1 phone and i still feel like they are ripping me off. good luck you`ll need it
