The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

We took out a brand new contract on 10th March and cannot use the phone. Why are EE not replying and not making new customers aware of this issue?!

All that’s been offered is call back which was no help earlier! I literally have nothing left in my bank!
