    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @EE hi EE, upgraded my phone on the 8th August, received email confirming but nothing since!! Unable to reply to email, help on the app gives contact number but that cuts out saying this number is no longer available - what’s happening ?

    @Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

    @EE Number transferred this morning and all seems to be working 👍 only issue now is my phone is still displaying the temporary number as my number so had to call someone to check if it had actually transferred

    @EE Had to turn off 5G on my phone as every time I'm in London the phone keeps complaining of network resets and takes forever to display the website I need.

    @EE Your 5G sometimes have full signal but no internet connection, like Soho or inside power station.

    @EE The current router is in the living room and the signal is fine there but doesn't really reach other rooms particularly upstairs. I can't change location of router because it's attached to an external aerial

    @AaronJamesFolan @EE @EE we've only had our BT Homehub WiFi box for 3 days but the WiFi keeps dropping off every 10 minutes since last night. We're in the London SE26 area and our mobile signal is great. If this keeps happening we'll cancel and return it. Please advise on how to fix this.

    @EE Yes, whenever I’m at the ground on match day I never get a sniff of a signal / service despite my phone (iPhone 12 pro) saying I have almost full service on 5G. I can even send a text! Let alone use internet or make or receive a call. 2hours is a long time for no comms.

    @EE the newest version of android at the time just happened to be the most unstable, android jelly bean, it was so bad that google released kitcat to fix the stuff it broke
