    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    @EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

    @BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

    @EE It's already been sorted by a great rep called Shannon online! Shame it came around after getting a text saying your order is on track after catching the phone support lying on several occasions. Proved with stats from Samsung

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

    @EE I signed up to your Apple Music service, every time I go to ‘joined by EE’ it informs me that I don’t have membership with Apple Music even though it was confirmed by text last nite

    @EE I'm currently with you for Internet and you have been pretty good apart from the low speeds but that is the line issue not yours. But those packages are really expensive, I get unlimited dl now for around £20. I stream with Netflix etc so would need the £50 bundle to safe

    @SW_Help @King_of_SW @ThreeUKSupport @networkrail The @EE signal is strong but throughput is often either very slow or non-existent. It picks once you leave the station. I've raised it with EE in the past but its never improved. My guess would be that the mast can't handle the throughput and they don't really give a ****.

For what it's worth, I've been having some horrendous not-signal-related issues with EE, which led to this switch. I find EE's data to be unreliable around the area of our office.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @EE Really disappointed with the charges for data roaming whilst on holiday in Turkey . As a loyal long standing customer I would have thought we would have been eligible for a better deal. Vodaphone customers can use their existing allowance without paying any extra !

    @JessicaOOTC @virginmedia I've been on @EE broadband & tv since it started & has been a amazing. Literally just moved & when i went to sort it out they upgraded me to fibre with no extra cost p/m, free equipment & free technician to do the swtich. Absolutely A+ service
