Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Been with @EE for about a decade and for the last 4 months since my upgrade, nothing but issues!! Wouldn’t advise anyone to get a phone through them. Absolute disgrace 🤬

@EE It was very intermittent and slow. Connecting to free WiFi was fine but using data roaming and mobile data it would just come up no Internet. Will double check things today with it all on my account.

@EE Already put in official complaint, I will send details in PM. I called Thurs night I was told my account had the feature added plus I followed instructions to send SPORT to 150 but if not working call back in 24 hours which I did but tech guy telling me extra cost involved.

Extremely disappointed with @EE for denying me the ability to collect phones I purchased due to high value & demand. Despite being legally appointed power of attorney, my disabled mother's account holder. Still charged for phones despite not receiving them. #EEletdown #Customer

Are you having problems @EE ? Both my iPhone and Pixel had their Data disabled this morning. Had to go and manually enable data on both phones for them to work 🥴
