Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

A network of 85 @EE stores within a 20-mile radius will send devices requiring repair to these five hub locations, with customers getting their phone back the next day. We're also offering a free mobile 'health check' service to help to identify common phone faults.

@EE ordered my sons upgrade for Christmas, was promised 7 day delivery and now you’re saying up to 28 days. If I knew this was the case I would’ve ordered through virgin! Not happy. Please advise how your customer service department can lie to get orders!?
