@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

🔴 Hey Twitter, what would you do when you can't reach your phone provider's CS line (or they eventually hang up on you), their social media team purposefully ignores you, their in-store staff can't help regarding an issue you've had for weeks ? Spoiler : it's @EE.

Just had the most ridiculous experience with @EE - called the support line, and after 25 minutes on hold and chatting to some for 5 mins, am told to contact the store, call the store, they tell me they can only help if I go into store. I go into the Great Marlborough street (1/2)

@EE Who the hell cares about 5G when you can't even provide a decent signal - have been without signal for a week - ooh I lie had half an hour of a couple of bars yesterday...going to leave had enough of your lousy service.

@EE can you help me re an order says it’s been dispatched but I’ve not received a sms for anything and it was stating the 30th now the 1st
