    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Hi Rachel? Is there no way to be advised of a minimum speed before signing up? Most other providers advise of the minimum speed before so that you can avoid having to cancel and get a new provider if the speed isn't met? Kind Regards, Jamie

    So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

    @EE How about you lot keep your appointment to install broadband and not wait for the timeslot to expire, get me to call and chase it up, then call back to organise a new timeslot without cancelling. Amazing customer service and professional attitude. Not

    @EE Is there a stock issues as s21 was sent out straight away cant imagine you would offer the xbox without actually having the stock

    @EE They can't so anything because the Customer Assist Team are "dealing" with it. How it takes 3 months to sort an issue is beyond me. Complaint has been in for 2 months. You'd think it would be priority to sort.

    @EE Obviously we’ve been on the phone to EE every day for 10 days Your people have no idea what’s wrong and they can’t organise an Openreach engineer. We’ve had 3 “cancelled” appointments with no reasons given. Your broadband service is worse than a joke .@EE
