Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

@EE upgraded on Saturday, as I am a teacher & employed by a council, I would get the ee ‘perks’ have gone to register today & it is saying email not registered with ee perks??? Feeling miss sold as the discount ‘sold’ me the upgrade I chose 🤔 can you help???

I got rid of Vodafone for poor signal but at least it would load. @EE doesn’t even do that it’s piss poor
