Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Hey @EE im in the usa. Visited store before left and told to add the roaming whichbi did. Only issue is no service on any carrier, same as my wifes phone on same account. So why does my daughters 02 phone work just fine?

Hi @EE - any idea why there might be a problem with the network signal in the Newcastle NE3 area? Have one bar of signal and no 4G which is not normally a problem.

@EE If I upgrade my EE phone you will charge me for using my phone and data whilst in Europe. Thinking of moving to a network that won't.

@eldritchterror8 @EE One of the reasons why I have not upgraded my iPhone is because I don’t get 5G - I don’t understand why I should pay for capability I’m never going to use
