Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Any reason why my 4GEE mobile router has gone to crap overnight? Same place, same location.... now pages don't load for a strong minute or 2, well except the EE pages of course, fast as lightning on those???

I shall be leaving @EE with my home broadband and four mobile phone contracts, putting up my prices by £20 plus because of inflation. I have been with you for 15 years, nice way to treat customers. Putting prices for pure profiteering!

@EE please don’t ask people reporting service outages or signal issues to follow up by DM. You could save a lot of time by responding publicly so that we could all then see what is going on without a separate set of messages that also end in a request for a DM to sort.

@EE frustration overload. Trying to make an insurance claim. App says continuous server issue. 150 won't answer the phones, been trying since Saturday.
