    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Really appreciate 4 days of maintenance on @ee with no warning. No signal means I can't call and check on my 83 year old great aunt or now will I be able to get the return call from the drs im waiting on. 🙄 ideal

    @EE I'm happy to pay an upgrade fee to have a workable phone when the shop can open to help with transmission of all the stuff that's on my phone. Altrincham are so good at this service

    Shout out to @EE. After Dad died in Jan, 83 yr old Mom constantly on phone to my (EE) mobile and overshot allowance, as she thought it unlimited? Bill was nearly 20x expected. EE have moved plan to unlimited and waived ‘excess’ charges for her. This is proper customer service.👍

    @EE the level of customer service I got from ee is terrible I made a complaint to the ombudsman who hopefully will go in my favour so I get ee off my back and move on 😡

    @paulmmace @virginmedia @EE She will be migrated to Vodafone soon and she won't notice until her service drops off...
