    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @asda_mobile why can't i top up using text anymore? & you'd better not charge me when my bundle ends, just stop my service until i top up. sort this out or you & @VodafoneUK can do one, as i'm already missing the much better signal quality of @EE

    have to say i am supremely impressed by @EE data plans and reliability of service i’m on unlimited data and haven’t had a single problem streaming You Tube

    @EE My internet speed using your wifi router averaged a 30-35 mbps but for some reason today it went down to 5-10 mbps making my connection very slow. I need your help!

    Hi @EE you've normally got such great service but that's twice in a month Ive felt disappointed by how rude an advisor has been. I do believe it's the same person the last two times as well. Is there any reason the last 7 times I've been asked for the same security characters too
