@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE This is helpful, because of course the first thought anyone has when they are told their mum is in the emergency department abroad is 'oh, i better check the EE website.'🤐 No worries, i'll pay my bill and then switch providers. Problem solved.

Kevin Bacon says that @EE have fewer drop outs that any other network! I agree!!! You have to have signal for it to be able to drop out. 💩

I go uptown only to find the @EE signal was down & couldn’t use my phone to check my banking apps, make/receive calls or check my home cameras 😭 was waiting for a important call as well , lucky soon as I moved away from town the signal came back 🙌🏻 #ee

@EE what a company you are, for over month try sort out upgrade which you 1st sent wrong phone which was returned then fraud issue on the accout you then bill over £200 for stuff I've not ordered after phones calls to your team to get this sorted out you 2day cut off the phone

Why in the hell did @EE had to do a deal with @O2 in Germany? Terrible coverage as was the case in the UK hence I SWITCHED to EE.

Help @EE 🙏- my broadband router has somehow renamed itself & am unable to use it as a result. Logged into it & changed the Wi-Fi name again but it still broadcasts the same.
