They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

European. 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@surfdoctor) reported@robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

Garry Walker (@GarryWalker) reported@Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. £450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.
