Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Hi Connor, I was switching to fibre yesterday, no internet so told to wait until midnight. Now you’ve discovered a problem on the line. It should have been checked before you switched me over! I’m told this will take up until Tuesday, it’s not on. You should check it works first

@EE Hey I ordered my phone and received it on Nov 21st It was the OPPO a72 in the Nintendo switch deal. It's now passed the 25days and I still haven't heard anything about when I will receive it. I keep being told I'll get a text but I've had nothing, can some help please.

@EE home broadband not working, no way to report the fault (only allows mobile coverage reports). Router is fine and all devices can see it but not connecting to internet. Been on and off for days. Help!
