    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE Hi, it is frustrating that another company like yourselves are increasing prices at times like these. However, I don't even get a signal where I live. I ha e messaged this issue for the past 2 or so years, so pointless asking me to dm you about this.

    @bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

    @EE Can you help? Last night the 2.4Ghz band stopped working suddenly, and despite going as far as a factory reset of the router this morning, it’s still not working. 5Ghz is working, but it’s very sluggish

    @julesbuddle Mine’s going up by £7.10 I’ve been with Orange/@EE for at least 15 years - luckily I’m out of contract at the end of March so I think I might be paying a visit to @O2 to see if what they can offer me. So much for customer loyalty

    @Hansie19 @EE It's always bothered me that these sort of services always say "your price will rise inline with CPI". So it's engineered to always cost the consumer more over time. It'll never go down, even with negative inflation.

    Congratulations to @EE. I have been a loyal customer for years but £11 a month increase on my mobile? You must had gone mad. Will be getting out of this contract as quickly as possible and going else where. 🤡🤡🤡

    A price increase of 14.4% = an extra £6.16 slapped onto my @EE bill each month. That’s one way to lose a customer, well done(!)
