They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Riyaz Shaikh (@riyazas) reported@VodafoneUK @EE They knew i was misadvised and I spoke to someone called Abraham, was on the phone for 1hr 17 mins and 26 seconds, on hold for 20 mins and no one called back, and now waiting to get through to someone for 55 mins after being told the queue would be between 5-9 mins what a #fail🙈
