Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE how comes I’m not receiving anything higher than 3G today. My WiFi is being rocky, and normally I’d use my 5G to still give me connectivity. This is beyond crap. Fix it please. My girlfriend is getting her max speeds on 5G and she’s 2 metres away.

@EE Hi I’ve just managed to get on there but it is saying there are no known issues. If I make calls from either phone or receive calls it either cuts off or people say they cannot hear me this has been going on for two days
