@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Hi @EE as a customer of many years standing, overdue an upgrade but not wanting all the usual #upselling rubbish I have to endure everytime... I want to be rewarded with a better phone at no extra cost, on my same monthly package! Feel free to make an offer before I go elsewhere!
