New location (but still around Surrey, Redhill) network signal and internet speed: @O2 full bar 4G/5G still slow. @EE 2 bar 4G+ everything's slow. Both lags with mobile gaming. So what network should I try this time? 😐

@EE Upgrade phone received smashed and not working on 12th Oct Still here stuck in contract paying for a phone I don't have. Can't reorder or leave Yesterday was promised a 6th person from EE would contact me to help. They didn't. I feel like I'm being trolled at this point

Yet another #Wait of considerably longer than what I deem acceptable to get through to top up at @EE phone support, a montly occurrence.. It seems to me they do not have enough staff, and what staff they have cannot cope with the volume of calls every period is a busy period...

@EE Your network is useless in Darlington unless you live in redhakl,firthmoor or yarm road rest on my town your lucky if you get one signal bar one cell tower will not cover the ole of the town you need more dotted around the area
