@EE I am so disgusted with your service. I bought an apple SE watch in your Beverley store in March this year. I asked for insurance on the watch and I find out today it was never done. The Beverley store blame me for the mistake. Now I have a watch which isn’t covered.

@EE why is it so difficult for you to replace a PAYG SIM card after a phone has been stolen? Numerous attempts in store to get this done and your service has been frankly appalling. #CustomerService

Jim (@JimCranky) reported
Why are @EE and @BTCare customer services such a bin fire? They can’t even handover a contract between (effectively) themselves and have ended the tv service early so we’re currently missing the @LeicesterTigers game which is the only reason we’re going near BT in the first place

@MarcAllera @ee I made a complaint to your office weeks ago which has not been resolved in sight. There’s been very little communication apart from an email today saying the complaint have been closed for the six time even though it’s not even been resolved.
