@EE partly sighted BT mobile customer for years signed up with EE. Obviously part of BT was asked would I like to keep my old number which I immediately said yes. I can’t get any help at all from EE in how to do this automated phone calls, I can’t talk to human being.

@EE rang ee to cancel broadband as the price was going up, they talked me into staying as I could have full fibre for a bit cheaper. Installed yesterday in the complete wrong place I wanted as the engineer refused to put it where our old one was telling my wife it was policy

@EE EE if you want to train your sales team how not to do it, please listen to my 1hr call today to order 3 4G Home Hubs. Established EE website wrong, sales team know nothing about what they are selling, give advice that’s wrong. WOW, worst I ever seen. After 1hr I have no hubs!
