    @lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE They had a badge incl. EE logo, could be subcontractor. Wanted to talk about broadband speeds (fine), but doorbell chats not ideal in the age of busy work-from-home. Respectfully suggest some printed material might help the case when time is short.

    @EE usually good at #customerservice but got this one so wrong, I'm sad to leave after 15yrs! It's just too unfair to tell a customer in need they don't have #phoneinsurance (when they do) resulting in financial losses which you won't take ANY accountability for #customerreview

    @EE Hi EE. What’s the point of paying for a premium product when in Germany you have picked o2 de? It’s the third network for coverage and there’s no 5G? As an @O2 uk customer I can pay 25% of the cost of monthly line rental and obtain 5G roaming in Germany?
