    @EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I canโ€™t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @skytv do you want to explain why EVERY other device from 5 mobile phones. 5 laptops. 2 ipads and a even partridge in a pear tree works on @EE broadband, but your sky Q box and multi room box keeps disconnecting? is that why i pay ยฃ75 p/m for repeat films and crap sports?

    @shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about ยฃ80 then deals expired, went to ยฃ92 and now itโ€™s itโ€™s ยฃ106 Before I called them a few months ago it was ยฃ112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just canโ€™t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

    So I have people who sometimes canโ€™t connect to me. Says number doesnโ€™t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I havenโ€™t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE nightmare been sitting waiting for over an hour at SIL bedside in hospital waiting for a promised call back to sort out an issue with her mobile account, very frustrating when trying to sort things :(

    3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didnโ€™t happen & I was charged ยฃ72.87 for April! Itโ€™s infuriating I canโ€™t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

    PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices โ€” for nearly a MONTH.

    @EE How incompetent are you people, had an account for 15yrs with 2 numbers, you still send the important information the the secondary number and not the primary one. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FIX IS IT
