    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE Is the website ok? Iโ€™m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why canโ€™t add data on the app?

    @lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

    @TheRealRevK Oh dear. @EE cut off my service today, claiming my phone had been blacklisted (but not by them). I bought the bloody thing three years ago.

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    @EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I canโ€™t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

    @LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.

    @EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ณ

    @EE The worst company Iโ€™ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, Iโ€™d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what weโ€™ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

    @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. Iโ€™ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead itโ€™s higher costs and poor customer service.

    Can someone explain what @EE are doing?? Out of contract. I sign up to a sim only deal on Saturday. Get thanks for your order and hereโ€™s details of contract. Look at the app. They havenโ€™t done it!! If you go to a contract paying less money they cancel the order. @Ofcom

    @LeilaniDowding @EE True. My parents, in their 90s, have been endangered by not being able to phone out for help when EE has not been able to maintain coverage. @EE

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Itโ€™s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

    I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU
