This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

Fair enough if you don't want to answer you customer service calls or online chat, but you would think you could at least put out a status update since so many people are without service and alerting you. Ignoring is hardly helpful!
