    @EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I can’t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    Twitterverse hit me with network recommendations seeing as @EE upgrade options are something **** Turpin would be proud of! When I mentioned going elsewhere they pretty much said bye then! Obviously loyalty means nothing! #asktwitter #ripoff

    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    @lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

    I haven't had an active mobile phone since Monday because of @EE and BT Every time I call, I spend 45 minutes on the phone. Every time someone says something different. Still nothing. I've half ported from 02 and am now on day 4 of being in 2 sims, no network LIMBO.

    @Lionesses @EE Can't knock ****'s effort, ran her socks off...but her crossing was awful. If she could cross better, damn. But either Kelly or Agyemang for me, don't mind which.

    @EE God knows how….4G router returned as wouldn’t work, as was suggest it wouldn’t as the signal is barely 3G, proof of delivery back to EE yet here we are are over two weeks after the event, multiple promises made about refunds and another payment about to go out. Appalling!
