Tim Clay (@TimClay20) reported@EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

Both Helen Trott where stated onceโs all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I donโt know about and have legal access right to know.
