I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

Nate Martin (@natestategames) reported@EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasnβt confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!
