@EE Are you able to advise how to gift data? Help says to log into MyEE and select Family Usuage tab. I dont have this? Does this mean my plan doesnt allow gifting?

@EE apparently EE are unable to process emails. Our emails have been down since this morning. Need them up and running asap. No information being given about this. Clearly we need a better alternative or back up.

Ordered a new iphone 13 pro Max with @EE, first phone was overheating, second phone both seals were broken on arrival and third had been blacklisted prior to receiving so couldn’t get a signal. I’m being told by the escalations team that this is normal? Am I mad? New means new?🤯
