Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE I am not an EE customer so not my customer service number. Also note the bit where I said I couldn't get through. Maybe I have to sit on hold to sort this out. I have a job to do. Please arrange for an agent to call me.

@EE I am so sick of replying on this platform, nothing ever gets resolved. I was about an order I placed and never received and EE had taken money from my bank account. In three weeks I have not had a reply from the EE shop to the emails I have sent.

@EE Worst company ever took more than £800 just because I moved house. Now I keep getting constant messages that I haven't returned the kit I have a receipt . I just want EE to leave me alone. staff on the phone are unprofessional and rude.

@bt_uk @EE Email server problems again? Access to emails is sporadic and denied on occasions. 2nd time in 24hrs. Communication should be much quicker for a comms business.
