So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@CallumWebley @KayBurley @EE The EU has in place a law that you can’t charge EU citizens roaming charges. We already have a law in the UK where we don’t get charged excessive roaming charges. We can’t help make laws in other countries anymore only our own.

@ifyoucanbe @EE No pact is needed. There is no extra cost to these networks. This is simply down to greed. Nothing more, nothing less

@EE Reintroducing roaming charges. Greedy bastards. Lack of them didn't exactly damage your profitability did it? This could well come back to bite you.

@EE @kevinbellwood @EE these are not small before covid I was usually in Europe around 30-40 days a year and I've got to pay more £60-£80 extra a year just to use your once decent network?
