Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE please avoid @SamsungUK we have been talking to them 4 8 hours because of a problem on 2 samsung phones with Samsung software. 8 hours of useless time wasting then just ignored us.

@Weremoco @EE yeah even if you got good signal if something else is on same channel your get collisions on the network that will make packet loss, why I cable everything in a can. As for work VPN I know your pain there !

Please explain @EE Broadband has been less stable than a rubber ball in an earthquake here in Tidworth. Up, down, dropping packets.... what on earth is going on? Did you let the cats loose in the exchange again? Did Kevin start screaming about graboids and rip all the cables out?

@Regathedragon @EE Will check later. Wifi definitely not the issue (already resolved the lack of good wifi in the HH6 clone). Between the random freezing causing the work vpn to die and the randomness in bandwidth I have basically given up.
