Beyond belief customer services call from @O2. Looks like you have a **** signal and no we wouldn't do anything about unless you want to apply for a masters yourself. Back to @EE I go then when I can afford to pay off my phone.

@SkyUK I pay £20 more than this, I've also been mislead and because I've had 1 attempt made to call me that's sky customer service done, don't answer emails nothing.... @EE i should never have left you 😭
