@EE So you call me a liar! Great attitude. I had at least £1 taken from my account, without explanation, by EE. I am PAYG, so all your waffle about DD is irrelevant. Try treating me like a customer, not like sewage. Try NOT dismissing everything with 'sorry you feel that way'.

@EE Yesterday you made me change my plan telling me my £1 talk n text was not available,Been told by another tweeter that she was also told this but after complaint hers has renewed and was given wrong info,I’ve lost all my booster FUMING!

@EE my husband recently upgraded and got himself a new phone and treated himself to an Apple Watch, had the watch for 8 days and it’s clearly faulty he has phoned customer services at least 6 times and getting nowhere the issue still isn’t resolved! 😡

@EE must be spending a fortune on bus stop ads to advertise a full fibre service that didn’t exist in that area yet. Stafford isn’t due to have full fibre till at least 2023… the ads for it are everywhere though

@EE So much of a service advertised as 'next day'! Yesterday I was told a new phone would be with me today (Sunday) by DPD, I don't have any email advising me of what time. Do you have access to this information?
