    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    Everyday this week @EE mobile data service goes down during the day. Best coverage and service - I don't think so @EE... terrible and sooooo frustrating

    @DPDgroup_news @EE I cant seem to DM you? I've been having some issues with my parcel 15500959884886 which is why I was tweeting about it. I placed an order for a new mobile phone from EE UK. Expected it today. Got a "Sorry we missed you" notification from you and a picture of house number 7.

    Really starting to regret leaving @EE to go to @O2… signal is shocking everywhere and my god the amount of scam texts I’ve been receiving since changing is RIDICULOUS! So many a week, just had two in the space of 5 minutes. Sort your scam filters out @O2 😡 #7726 #ScamTexts

    @EE what's going on with your app on Samsung. Having to continually login and it the spits me out before I can message about my high bill. Keep getting unable to connect to server notice. Is there a wider problem?
