@EE can somebody in customer service contact me regarding my daughter’s phone upgrade. Numerous phone calls with promises of a call back which never happen, 4 visits to stores but they blame technical customer who do nothing. Now ready to go legal if necessary so please act now !

@EE I will dm but want to point out I have spoken to ee on chat function and on phone various times in the last 6 months. This is the 5th time we have had this issue in 6 months. The only solution for me is to be released from contract. I don’t want any more money off.

@EE It would be better if you make sure your company doesn't send out any of these sorts of questions so we know they are always fake. After all, we can't tell whether they really come from you and it was a pretty stupid question to ask anyway.
