In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Just wanted to flag it in case it's a common issue. Meanwhile check who "liked" the first tweet - new accounts using your logo asking for personal info. Seems fishy.
