@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

Astonishingly bad mobile coverage in Germany from @EE. It’s like “if you can see a field then no coverage”. It literally works only in the biggest cities. I have to resort to using my *Ethiopian* phone. EE you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is pathetic coverage.

@EE Spent a week on the east coast, in Scarborough, Cayton Bay, Whitby, and Bridlington and barely had phone signal the entire time. 5G? Couldn't make a phone call most days.

Just when you desperately desperately need a signal from @EE: nothing. Just missed a train connection because of it. EE, you’re ******* useless. Next contract will most assuredly not be with EE.

Shocking customer service from @EE, who seem to think its OK to charge a monthly fee for a defunct unused telephone number that hasn't shown up on any bills in the past 3 years. With 2 mobiles, home phone line & broadband, it wasn't possible to see that we'd been overpaying...

New iPhone day. Leaving @EE due to poor customer relations and ridiculous roaming charges. @O2 mobile offered a great deal, and also allow 20gb of data abroad before introducing charges. Very fair I would say.
