    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE my new #samsung flip underwent a 'software update' last night that has locked it completely and is asking for a password I have never set. Fingerprint + pattern both now disabled. Have spent all day trying to reset to factory settings - nothing working. Please advise?

    @WorldWideCheIs @EE @virginmedia Bro I had similar issues with virgin. Took 3 week's for an engineer. Only good thing I'd they weren't charging me for that period

    @EE It changes en route, sometimes OK then terrible. I appreciate that on a train u log on to different masts but this shld be taken into account when u (or ur subcontractors) map out ur network coverage. Main travel routes should be covered as many passengers will be trying to work.

    @EE They are absolutely not back to normal @EE I've had nothing but issues with my mobile data for nearly 2 weeks now. It blips between nothing, 4g, 5g then nothing again all within a second and nothing will load on my device unless I'm connected to WiFi. This is disgraceful.

    Fair play to @EE working on the Internet issue in my area, they've compensated me like a great company. However, @virginmedia are delaying the problems/changing the date, told me 3 times managers will call me and they haven't, its been 4 days Went from 1st Jul to now 4th to fix
