    @EE so it turns out that your fibre plus deal is 10% cheaper for an unknown customer at my address than to an existing customer - over 2yrs an £84 uplift. Who'd have thought it eh? £33 instead of £30. Shall be looking to repay your treating us like mugs with a move elsewhere.

    Ten mins on hold to @bt_uk who transfer me to @EE. To pass security I have to give the amount of my last EE bill. The customer service agent doesn’t seem to understand that I don’t have a last bill as I haven’t switched yet. Puts me on hold for 37 mins and then drops the call

    terrible service from @EE had no internet for about 2 weeks, how am I expected to work from home! And now we have got to apparently wait for 24 hours for a call back, not good enough!

    @EE left in Dec after worst customer exp Evr had- 8hrs on phone getting wrong advice after wrong advice from ur staff- now found out been paying for a tablet for 15mths which never worked a ruined Santa present - and apparently I have to keep paying bc u don’t have record of receipt
