  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

  • mark_is_caching Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England

@EE Ahhh. It wasn't very clear to me - is that a rolling contract - i.e. cancel anytime

  • Marjar13 Martin Richards (@Marjar13) reported from Sudbury, England

@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

  • mark_is_caching Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England

@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

  • lou26chris louisa hardy (@lou26chris) reported from Sudbury, England

@EE trying to unlock phone and the email link to finish is not working snd loading .... HELP

  • MattFrost216 Matthew Frost (@MattFrost216) reported from Claydon, England

@EE Hi EE - you’ve locked me out of my online account after a password reset! Please help!!!

@EE @EE I have had text messages all week telling me there are problems in my area. What’s the problem and why is it taking so long to fix? Thanks.

  • tracyd_69 Tracy Doig (@tracyd_69) reported

@EE third day in a row I have no signal and have to report it as a fault. Getting tedious now. 😩

  • viewsfromleft Views from ‘the Left’ #FBPE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇳🇬🇬🇧 (@viewsfromleft) reported

@CallumWebley @KayBurley @EE The EU has in place a law that you can’t charge EU citizens roaming charges. We already have a law in the UK where we don’t get charged excessive roaming charges. We can’t help make laws in other countries anymore only our own.

  • Pauldonny1983 Paul (@Pauldonny1983) reported

@ifyoucanbe @EE No pact is needed. There is no extra cost to these networks. This is simply down to greed. Nothing more, nothing less

  • frankie_w4 Frank Whiffen (@frankie_w4) reported

@EE roaming charges, pretty crappy thing to introduce!! I’ve been a lifelong loyal customer so I want to express my displeasure in this opportunistic way of taxing the Brits 👎👎👎👎 #poorcustomerservice

@bearingwest @SiobhanBenita @EE You've completely missed the point... typical remoaner. Never about the facts, just always about rhetoric. 😴

  • JustAsk40745451 JustAsking (@JustAsk40745451) reported

@EE Reintroducing roaming charges. Greedy bastards. Lack of them didn't exactly damage your profitability did it? This could well come back to bite you.

  • Maja_Choma Maja Choma (@Maja_Choma) reported

@EE Are you going to use the extortionate roaming charges on stunts like these? Asking as a long term customer.

  • tomoxley92 Tom Oxley (@tomoxley92) reported

@EE @kevinbellwood @EE these are not small before covid I was usually in Europe around 30-40 days a year and I've got to pay more £60-£80 extra a year just to use your once decent network?
