Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance
-
Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England@EE Ahhh. It wasn't very clear to me - is that a rolling contract - i.e. cancel anytime
-
Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?
-
Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, EnglandSo @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2
-
Martin Richards (@Marjar13) reported from Sudbury, England@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.
-
louisa hardy (@lou26chris) reported from Sudbury, England@EE trying to unlock phone and the email link to finish is not working snd loading .... HELP
-
Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, EnglandAlongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

-
Mark (@MarkAmiga) reported@EE Not looking good for EE either, only 6 days in, it goes off completely, even restarting fails to show the Wi-Fi network name for me to even connect to, either its a problem with OpenReach or your Router
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.
-
None Superior (@nonesuperior) reported@Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!
-
Ellie In The Room (@RoomEllie) reportedSo, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow
-
Beasty 90 (@90Beasty) reported@EE I have paid & its been over a week yet STILL NO service, why is that??
-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported@EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE I will be posting this every day until this has been resolved adding another pile for every day so far I’ve had 2 weeks of complaining with no resolution so you get 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 Be prepared for more

𝙱𝚊𝚢𝙹𝚊𝚢𝚉𝚞𝚜🥀 (@BayJayZus) reported@Hepworthclare @EE "How Can I Get Some Service".. Vote for someone who doesn't support telecommunication monopolies which inevitably end up screwing over customers?
-
In Oxford (@Oxford_Life) reported@anon_opin Yup, Oxford's 5G signal - or lack thereof - with so-called "best coverage" @EE is atrocious even going around the city centre!
