@EE EE is an awful network, so any places outside towns and cities that have no signal. My Vodafone mobile outperforms the EE one easily.

Just been in contact with @NintendoUK who accused @EE of providing second hand units with contracts. More likely that repair team are passing buck for botching attempted repair. Switch was never tampered with before they had it!

@WhichUK @GoDaddy is absolutely awful. Was a relief to be rid of their loss-leading then profit-gouging business model. @EE customer service is also an absolute disaster and I’m glad I never have to deal with them again.

@EE It’s not great,far from it. And no I haven’t taken out a new line! Nothing automatic happened, other than my increased dd! I will upgrade somewhere else next time! I will decline your offer of help as my complaint is going through the formal procedure!

@EE Are all your staff on strike tofsy or what, can't get no service anywhere for my pack to renew tomorrow srnd DM sent text to top up more than once been on twitter 2 or 3 times no idea if anything has gone on, hope not or some will have to go back in my account tried £20

@EE What a total joke of a Service. Once again, you get me in chat to repeat the situation, then you follow it up with a reply 'it looks like you are waiting on a call from a manager'.. who are you? Clippy? Maybe not, bit nice way to deal with a publicly unhappy customer with a bot

@EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad
