    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE signal been off for over a week now. I rang customer services today and they said no reported problems but there must be. 3 diffrent phones on ee in this house and all been down for 8 days. Utter joke

    @EE hi, my husband is trying to log in to our account to pay our bill but on both our phones it says “we’re having trouble displaying your profile details, it’s our fault not yours”. Have been trying for a couple of days now, any suggestions?

    @EE can I ask what is happening to your signal. Next to no signal in the ol10 area for over a week, no communication and I bet I’m still expected to pay a full bill for a service that I can’t use

    @EE Not sure I'm that bothered. It's not been right since we switched to the new hub and we'll be leaving EE soon. Just wanted to flag it in case it's a common issue. Meanwhile check who "liked" the first tweet - new accounts using your logo asking for personal info. Seems fishy.
