Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE I purchased my plan on the basis that it was unlimited. Furthermore, I checked with EE to confirm that there wasn't a fair usage limit. I'm not a business customer, so why should I need to be, just to take advantage of the plan I was sold?

I used to be with @EE who give the best coverage around here. I don’t know what network this new one is on but it seems to be way better than @EE – I can here people talking to me absolutely everywhere I go.

Absolutely appalling experience with @EE trying to simply order a new TV remote. My TV is not working, I don't need to mess about with my box I just need a new remote! Talk about stressful and making things difficult 🤬

@EE I don’t think you are here to help anyone. I’ve rang customer services 12 times over the past two weeks requesting a callback from one of your managers due to a lack of and very poor service , One call I was continuously put on hold for 1 1/2 hours then cut off. I could go on....
