Tim Chapman 💙 (@timchap) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Welcome to our faceless, dysfunctional, bot-laden society where proactive human customer service has been progressively replaced by tech driven customer dis-service!
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
-
oldknitwit (@oldknitwit) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Is ringing customer services any use? 07953966350 is a number I have.
-
bunmi mojekwu (@bunmimojekwu) reported@EE and if you won’t help sufficiently. LEAVE ME ALONE

Alan Royston (@pagechord) reported@EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!
-
Chris Wheal (@whealie) reportedBlimey! @EE can't you provide a decent signal in the middle of Blackpool?

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩
-
Dai John (@Dai_John_7) reported@EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers

Iestyn T Davies (@iestyntdavies) reportedFrankly @virginmedia we just want to ditch our contract with you as your service is so poor. Let’s get us to @skytv or @EE instead
