  • mark_is_caching Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England

@EE Ahhh. It wasn't very clear to me - is that a rolling contract - i.e. cancel anytime

  • mark_is_caching Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England

@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

  • Marjar13 Martin Richards (@Marjar13) reported from Sudbury, England

@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

@EE is signal down in HU8? I’m on PAYG and my signals cut out completely when I wasn’t even using my phone

  • KalpeshLathigra KALPESH LATHIGRA (@KalpeshLathigra) reported

@EE Have sent your team a DM having serious issues with roaming India

  • bigkev8501 Kev (@bigkev8501) reported

@waynemckayPara @EE Correct. I get a basic phone signal in Chirnside Ambulance Station, no data at almost of the time. Some I'm getting a 14.4% increase in price for something I can't use for the majority of my time...

  • Weremoco Moco (@Weremoco) reported

@Deaky93 @EE Oh, heck no. Contracts are not a cheap way of buying a phone. I’d reccomend the apple upgrade programme rather than a network contract for the iPhone. Free applecare and a new phone every year, plus no network lockin on your handset! Or just buy outright.

  • AlexandraAnneMU Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported

@MartinSLewis @EE are increasing bills by 14.4% next month and lots of us are trapped with no way out of the contracts. This price increase is over 3.9% above the CPI. Is there anything we can do? My bill will go up by over £15 per month for the exact same service

  • JHannaMUFC John Hanna 🇮🇪 (@JHannaMUFC) reported

@EE can you help me with something?

  • patches_89 Patrick Kenny (@patches_89) reported

Hey @EE this absurd 14% hike in the prices, does it come with an opt out of your contract, feel like if you want to put up the prices to whatever you want then the consumer should have the right to terminate

  • Ammiin1998 Jay (@Ammiin1998) reported

@EE what happened to the service i’m not getting any

  • SneakyBear1987 My Name (@SneakyBear1987) reported

@Up_Za_Daisy @EE @ThreeUK Offft. Was a poor hamster run to death in its hamster wheel at that speed? I get what you mean. If they say you'll get between day 60Mbps and 80Mbps, then it should be that not below 60Mbps.
