@EE Is your PAYG internet service broken (logging into account locked out for twenty minutes - for a week, add ons screen never coming up, etc) ? The actual service side of things remains fine - although my add on will soon run out and there will be nothing I can do about it.

@Lauren_shaw123 @SmithSwfc I use @EE broadband, its powered by BT. Rarely have any problems and on the odd occasion I do, they sort it pretty quickly. I'd confidently recommend them. I've been with sky, virgin and talk talk in the past and all terrible

Do have to say that the customer service front @EE call centre staff is......absolutely appalling! I could leave them today and take my number elsewhere I would be off like a shot. No excuse for it.
