So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

@EE Hi Chris Thanks for the reply, because I paid my bill last night I thought it would be ok, because my laptop that uses my ee wifi was not connecting, so I then put my phone on ee and found the problem out of data so put £15 on and it worked it was fine yesterday Thanks

@PaulGrayburn @EE @ThreeUK I thought 3 was bad paul but ******* it’s like living in a cave,any excuse they will use it,I’ve even switched off my 5g now and trying to make a phone call is like going back 25 years ago one 2 one when it keeps stuttering ! £80 a month for a load of old **** 💩💩💩💩💩
