  • mykietendo Pizza-lord5000 (@mykietendo) reported

@EE I don’t think I’d want to downgrade! I’ve been a customer for so long now and unlimited data for £25 sounds great. Especially since I’m waiting currently for internet to be installed in my home. Also, your upgrades team?

  • GraemeMacArthur Graeme MacArthur (@GraemeMacArthur) reported

@EE But surely we pay for access to the network? Not to build it.

  • LorenCuthbert loren cuthbert (@LorenCuthbert) reported

@EE I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro max, still don’t have the phone and my new plan has started 🤔. And no indication of when I will receive the phone. Why should I pay for the new plan when I don’t have the product? Shocking service and no updates what so ever.

  • MissKeithTweets Miss Keith (@MissKeithTweets) reported

@EE hi, I have just upgraded and gone into a new contract. First payment taken yesterday and I have been overcharged. Taken almost £50, should be £37 with a £40 spend cap. Phone lines seem to be down. Can someone look into this please?

  • nickii5979 Nickii sultan (@nickii5979) reported

  • Hookademus Mark Hook (@Hookademus) reported

@EE That's not really clarified anything. As I have a personalised E-mail specifically stating there will be no charges if I terminate then I would expect no additional charges. Thanks for your assistance.

  • Quinndredd Aaron (@Quinndredd) reported

@EE You're by FAR the most expensive service provider on the market, and honestly this is just one push too far. It's just corporate greed and exhaustive capitalism at its most predatory.
