    @EE Install was booked for 24th June , guy appeared - lifted a slab , put it back again and heard nothing since then. Not pleased in the slightest with this service.

    @EE when you are doing all your slick advertising for your products do you say that you are unable to remove an age restriction on a SIM card for a 4G router? I have# had 4G wifi for two months and cannot access the lottery or shopping sites. This is terrible service.

    Always amazes me that when you call @EE to upgrade the people can’t be bothered to help and find you a good deal. Family member gets upgrade and gets a good deal and then I call and can’t get any where near it. Been with them for years and now looks like it is coming to an end.

    @EE Hi sorry for the late reply, I’ve not nope, I did call up and they said the 5g part of the new mast has broken after 2 days and couldn’t give me a time frame when it would be back up and running unfortunately Lewis

    @EE half my apps aren't working on my phone, can someone help please? No updates, have cleared cache, deleted, reinstalled&restarted&nothing. Nothing wrong with HSBC app according to them yet I can't get it to work
