@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

@EE hi! I need some help you sent me a text with a great deal on but when I go to the website to upgrade I can’t find a plan that is only £4 more than I’m currently paying which is what your text says!

@EE so engineer never arrived as you cancelled the visit. Blaming me for not replying to a text I never received. Said order not confirmed despite an email confirmation. Unpleasant and rude Wendy at “early life” dept. Mobile phone also cancelling. So much for customer loyalty!

Alexander Knapp
(@atknapp) reported
.@EE So your 'new, exciting visual navigation' option for your customer service calls consistently throws a "There was an error processing your request" response. Of course, because the only option when calling is to ask for another one-time code by text, there's no way to fix it
