    So I'm in a weird predicament, @EE have been charging me for Amazon prime every month. And so have @AmazonUK @PrimeVideo I should have picked up on this sooner but still, all I want to know, who's giving me my money back??? Both customer services are pointing at each other. Wtf?!

    @EE Ur page is full of BS!when @EE was new company customer service was amazing! Any issue handled with care!today I said I have no data my card machine doesn’t work, ur useless customer service said basically “I don’t care” listen the phone conversation!!!!!!!!!!!

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @RubbishNo3 @EE I’ve been with EE for 10 years now but sadly with deteriorating service where I live along with contracts that no longer represent value for money this will be my last.

    @EE Still not working properly. Connects for an hour then nothing for the next 5 hours. I left @TalkTalk because of this issue with the promise of better but no better at all.

    @EE Sadly I wont be getting one from @EE . Been with you for years in all its formats. Orange, T-Mobile, EE, and I even had BT Mobile. Had to change my provider and glad I did. Too expensive and the phones are crap.
