@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

@EE Its not the signal thats the issue (mine is fine, same network, same wifi, same house). But if she cant use the data connection, then I'm sure she cant use MMS either. Secondly theres no mms conversion setting. I've checked her account and shes used none of her data.

@EE I'd like to know why my mum is being charged £8 for picture messages when in the last month she hasnt been able to send any as the data connection on her phone doesnt work at all.

@EE nothing. same as with wifi. the "wireless update" cant connect online but nothing else will. as I said, thats NOT the issue. shes being charged for picture messages when she hasnt sent any - nor been able to.

@EE when is signal issue going to be fixed in the DL3 postcode area? I'm one of the masses trying to work from home which is being made extra difficult due to not being able to make and receive calls properly!

@EE Hi there, not too sure as I been working from home for the past year and only swapped from Vodafone last month it'***** and miss outside sometimes (might get 5g if I'm lucky) never usually over 20mbps
