    @ke7zum The email I received from @EE suggests that I can refuse this: If you’re not happy with these changes you are able to cancel these number(s) without charge. Really? Terminate my contract then? I’m tempted.

    @MartinSLewis @EE @currys guys please help I’m getting to the end of my tether now. I took a mobile sim contract out at the store and want to cancel in my cooling off period. Both companies are saying the other has to deal with it! Can someone for the live of god take ownership?

    @EE If I upgrade my EE phone you will charge me for using my phone and data whilst in Europe. Thinking of moving to a network that won't.

    @EE Got offered this at a shocking bad price compared to other providers. I've been with you for 5+yr, have 4 contracts out already. Told cus rep that I was disappointed and she couldn't care less that I now want to leave and take all my contracts elsewhere.
