So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking of joining @EE ... DONT. They will pressure sell you into getting a new phone and tell you its coming next day and all of a sudden say its coming a month later . their customer service is also **** xoxo rant over

Fantastic customer service from the @EE shop in Newcastle Eldon Square. Rang yesterday to see if they had the iPhone 13 pro max in stock. They did and put it aside for me coming into store today to sort my upgrade. #happycustomer

@EE iPhone shows 'Wifi calling' ever since the service was rolled out, but calls and texts are still charged to PAYGO balance. Phone is still set to 'make and receive calls over Wifi'- why am I charged for calls and texts when settings are correct?

@EE hello! Having trouble connecting to the EE auto wifi network on London underground, just disconnects straight away. I was able to login via EE through the Virgin wifi but that’s not working now either

@EE I’ve been trying to top up all day but when I call 150 I get cut off and when i try to top up via text message it gets declined. Checked with bank no problems their end, any help would be greatly appreciated!
