@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

  • mark_is_caching Mark Ward (@mark_is_caching) reported from Sproughton, England

@EE morning. I get BT Sport through you - app and big screen - if I cancel does it run through to when the next payment was due or is it 'cut off' immediately - thanks in advance

Jesus wept @EE could your online customer support be any poorer? How do I contact you when abroad if you have stopped my line (despite that I have a pay monthly contract and had PAYG until two hours ago). I cannot call the number, or validate text messages I don’t receive

  • callumbish Callum Bishop (@callumbish) reported

@EE @CrazyCraven01 I contacted EE, told me nothing could be done (as price increase in line with CPI is in t&c’s). So, stop lying to your customers saying you can help them. I’ve requested for a deadlock letter and will be sending it off to @Ofcom instead

  • LeeWkirton Lee Kirton (@LeeWkirton) reported

@EE @CrazyCraven01 @EE Can get ****** if you think I’ll be staying with your network. Disgraceful money grab.

  • michell52185199 michelle (@michell52185199) reported

@EE I’ve had numerous contact on signal! Bored now! I have credits, been told move somewhere else I’ve had enough of poor excuses

  • fredjstanley Fred Stanley (@fredjstanley) reported

.@ee absolute chancers - been with the network less than a year and they've raised my monthly bill by over 14%. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them, soon as my contract is up I'm off

  • hutchmuch Dom (@hutchmuch) reported

@EE Hi, is it possible to buy an eSIM on Pay as you go as a new customer or do I need to get a physical one first? And does PAYG still include EU roaming? Thx

  • theBlueTechy The Blue Techy (@theBlueTechy) reported

@ee texting a 15% contract increase, lol, cancel time!

  • kimothen Kim Ryan (@kimothen) reported

Ok @O2 - more issues with signal and it’s been less than 2 months since I switched from @EE and quite frankly I want to move back…how do I do this?

  • Wild6169 Ian Wild (@Wild6169) reported

@EE What info do you need? I've spoken to three people, in January, February and March. You knew after the first call in January that you shouldn't be billing me but still you did. And as for Simon who I spoke to yesterday, he is not an example of excellent customer service!
