How can the same phone and contract be soooo much cheaper for a new customer on #skymobild than a loyal #EE customer. £100 for the phone on EE and sky charge nothing, £45 a month sky and EE charge £70. It’s a no brainer

W/WFH & a life connected, this is just not sustainable. Service down & no understanding of the problem or when it will be fixed is frustrating
