@EE say they aren’t allowed to contact DPD and amend the address and DPD say only EE can do that and won’t give me the option to just pick it up at a collection point as EE won’t let them. so now i’m paying for something i can’t and won’t get delivered and no one will help lol

@EE I pay for international roaming. I am in the US and unable to use any services (hence I am unable to call you). Currently on WI-FI I tried to use the myEE app to unblock roaming and it keeps failing. I can’t even report this problem via your app. How can I fix this?

@ollie_rfc @EE Those annual price rises are a massive annoyance plus I've been an EE customer for over 20 years (in all guises) and I can get better offers on new phones/contracts elsewhere than I can for being a loyal customer. My contract ends in 4 weeks...I'm off

Update on stolen phone. Big thank you to @EE Carla,Walworth Rd for new SIM card and letting me speak bad Spanish and Connor in Darlington for his patience when I couldn’t remember my password 😳 @metpoliceuk Walworth Rd, so kind. Using old phone, need a grandchild’s help now
