    @EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

    @EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

    @EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

    @EE Iโ€™m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, itโ€™s drops in and out all day. At the moment I canโ€™t even stream Netflix on one device. Iโ€™ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. Itโ€™s been like this for 4 days now

    @EE poor experience with Expert delivery and your customer service.... Expert delivery via enjoy looks dodgy no verification of who I was only my name?? This after being cut off whilst holding first time I called.

    @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse Iโ€™ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

    @EE this is my internet yet again. Itโ€™s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    After 30 years with @EE t mobile and mercury decided to jump ship as the best deal they could offer was double the price of another provider. Guess it dont pay to be a loyal customer any more
