@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

I never do this but the customer service of @EE is amazing!! There’s an 0800 number to call and you get straight through to a human being!!! 😱😱😱 Didn’t even have to choose a single number and they solved my problem straight away #EE #BT

@EE trying to contact EE re a new order from BT best of both. BT unable to help as apparently I'm not with you, unable to contact you as I don't have a mobile number with you! 5 hours today an £19 worth of call charges for your 09015455329 number and still no better off! HELP!!!

@Ofcom I’m sure their T&C’s cover what happened, they issue alerts before your data runs out, yet an international dialling bundle, I get an alert two hours after it’s been used up. Hence one phone call costing £52! @EE
