Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

@EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

@EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

Hi @EE you allowed my top up to go to a deactivated number, I think a refund would of the top up would be appropriate. You never know, I might spend that money on a usable EE top up.

@EE I was expecting my EE parcel today but the driver never arrived to my house and instead of this he posted “I’ve missed the parcel” along with a picture of a wrong house he was trying to deliver lol
