Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people ยฃ39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .

The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?

Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
