@EE Part of the issue is I asked DPD to call their driver and get him to deliver, apparently DPD cannot speak to their own drivers but you guys can (I am unsure how that makes sense). I did try to call EE but you had wait times of over 30 mins so I gave up.

@EE in the USA, wife’s Travel Data Max plan added to account. She got ‘we’ve had a problem updating your account’ text. Called you x2 (40 min+ wait each time) told to wait 24hrs then will work. It’s doesn’t. Can you please resolve? our sons been in hospital & this is debilitating
