@EE "the best network in the UK" - I don't think so. Yet again the network is down for a part of Cornwall - well over 24 hours now - laughable if it wasn't so annoying

I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

@EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

Honestly, @EE have the worst internet. Internet keeps going down every day. Had this issue before as there was apparently an error with the connection line to my property. Got fixed supposedly which was only in January. Still suffer, and get told to factory reset all the time...

@EE what’s happened to you? Used to be one of the best but now less than mediocre service. Your phone network has been awful at best for months now and the whole country’s broadband is now down too. Sort it out or I will take my custom somewhere else! #EEdown
