    @EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

    EE is an absolute joke coming. They have promised me on 4 occasions that they will call me back to resolve an issue and they haven’t. 1 minute before the end of his shift I receive this text message.... absolute JOKE @ee @eecustomerservice

    @EE It’s 2023 it doesn’t cost an extra 14-17% a month for you to provide me with 1 bar of 4G internet and claim you’re the UKs best 5G network but you’re charging it anyway

    @EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

    So I need to get a phone for work what’s best @EE or @VodafoneUK. My personal phone is with Vodafone but the signal isn’t the best and calls fail…..

    Very poor customer service once again from @EE shop. Two people in the shop serving and failed to serve us or approached us. Very poor this is one of the reason why I have left you #poor

    @EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

    @EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust

    @EE hi. I bought a TV from your online shop last Thursday which had a delivery of between 1-3 working days. I still do not have a tracking number or a delivery date and I am going away. I have called your office but nobody can help. How can this be tracked

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service
