    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

    @EE poor experience with Expert delivery and your customer service.... Expert delivery via enjoy looks dodgy no verification of who I was only my name?? This after being cut off whilst holding first time I called.

    @EE @jba4340017 It’s under Help but it’s AI and doesn’t let you speak to a human (it didn’t for me anyway). I’ve just tried it reading this because I’m not getting anywhere trying to get a Delivery Code sent to my mobile instead of my Watch number.

    @EE what's going on? All services down since 3pm. I see calls are countywide and has another mast gone out in Clapham. Internet seems to be switched off too. Another day another gross system failure
