.@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

@EE Hello, I did, but what a nightmare. Ended up having to log on to my work computer as I couldn't pay my mobile on my mobile,which is slightly ironic. Then I called EE and again could not even pay over the phone. how can you be the best network in the UK,when I can't even pay bill!

@EE you possibly missed the greatest advert opportunity for Christmas with Kevin bacon being in the guardians of the Galaxy Christmas special and he even uses his mobile phone to call earth from space in it would have been a good advert for signal reliability

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Suggest you ask them to change the none working phone as it’s not fit for purpose. I assume you have not had the phone for long. Talk to them nicely and I am sure they will help. Use their 150 service. Hey @EE this isn’t a good look.

@EE hi,I switched from Tesco to EE on 23 Nov, sim only deal, the sim didn’t arrive so a replacement was ordered, I received a sim yesterday but my phone shows no service, I am unsure if this is the original sim delayed by post, if it is the original would it have been cancelled

Do you know what @O2 I can’t wait for my new @EE sim to turn up so I can get off your absolutely terrible network. As soon as I go indoors can’t access data, phone calls are crackly. As soon as I get 5G nothing works. What’s happened to your network? You used to be good

@TommyDownSouth @EE They provided a phone that likes to just stop working so I can't receive calls unless it's rebooted. So basically paying for a service I can't use and they won't let me leave the. Contract.

@EE Hi Sarahjane Sorry, it's difficult to respond when there is no signal. I can only access mobile phone signal or data signal when hopped on home WiFi which is really useful for a MOBILE phone
