    @EE Incompetent staff. A total of over 6 hours on the phone the last couple of weeks to sort a straight forward issue. Being told different things each time I call and having to explain each time. 2 complaints made Will be cancelling after 10 years Absolute frauds

    I say this as a happy customer of @EE but every year they fail to learn how to enable a simple transfer of a data account from an existing Apple Watch to a new one. Yet again, not only is this not built into the setup, their operators are not trained and ready to solve this issue.

    @SatanicTaxi @gblondon1 @EE Never had any issues with 3 apart from bottom of saint Martin's lane, Vodafone and O2 also faulty there !

    @brroookee @jxmes_law @EE I’ve been upgrading every years since about the 9/10 and never had an issue these past couple of years it’s been horrendous!! Promised delivery on launch day but yet we’ve no tracking update or anything. I must of asked the man on the phone a number of times will it be launch day

    NEVER NEVER NEVER use @EE for anything EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Absolutely vile company just took £361 .00 from my bank as a termination fee because I couldn’t have wifi mooved to my new property!!! @EE have the most rude and unhelpful staff I have ever come across. JOKERS!!!!

    @orgogg @EE It gets better. The team handling social media for @EE seem even worse than the original customer service in the first place. Eg they have your mobile. But nothing else so you have to repeat everything to them?
