@EE They keep telling me to use the broken website that says my card will be charged, confirms the last four digits of it, then says there is no card. It's Schrodinger's card.

@EE Home broadband down since Tuesday. Issues since 20th Oct. Whilst your customer service team have been good, I feel we’re no further forward with a solution. A major outage is all I’m told with solution dates forever moving. Surely you know what the issue is now.

@EE Your website is broken. Your chat is useless, and your phone system won't let me talk to a human being. On top of that, you send useless texts with my balance the very second I call 150 and your recording tells me the balance. What's the point trying to get help from you?

@EE are absolute joke round my area. Lie upon lie. After this contract is up I'm looking elsewhere that has reliable internet service. Because this is atrocious. Especially when I'm trying to watch a wwe show. It's not acceptable.
