There’s a reason EE @EE broadband is so cheap. Signal doesn’t reach round the house but guess what, I can pay £10 a month extra to sort it or I can buy £200 signal extenders - the ones that @BTGroup provided for free!

Slightly disappointed that @Plusnet signal isn’t as good as @EE - swapping between sims two bars on EE zero on PlusNet, is this due to you not accessing full range of frequency? Sent you a DM to cancel within 14 day cooling off period.

@EE You cannot help as it’s been proven to me over 5 times now, 5 different people attempting to resolve the situation and of course actually getting to no resolution at all. I’m completely unhappy in my contract but will wait until the day I can completely cancel it & won’t return.

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network
