    Doesn’t sit well that companies like @bt_uk & @EE increase prices with CPI (the bigger number out of RPI vs CPI) then put ANOTHER 3.9% on to “upgrade their service” shouldn’t that be factored into the price you pay anyway?

    @EE It is personal usage. I have two kids, which means they are used to access to Netflix etc. Current WiFi provider is terrible and I am full time student so depending on my data heavily right now.

    @LanceJCarter @EE Holy ****. I have never seen anything remotely close to this kind of offer in the US. That is an unbelievably amazing deal.

    @EE Wouldn’t mind so much if there was any improvement at all to the service but there isn’t. It’s shambolic

    @EE once again I'm having to contact you about the lack of signal.Get text messages about missed calls,calls drop out or won't connect.i was told if more than 3 then to send an email to Chris Newby,but he's not bothered to respond.Tried everything your technical team recommend
