    @EE @rootmetrics Be better if instead of text saying "it will be fixed in next 14 hours" then one saying "it's fixed" you actually called the people who made the complaint to check if it actually was fixed. Instead engineers supposedly fix it then have to go back and do the bits they missed...

    @EE Hey @EE a lovely colleague of yours suggested I would get a call today from your resolver team; you seem to be withholding my PAC code via both my account settings and your SMS service ever since I’ve insinuated I’m changing to another network provider.

    @EE @rootmetrics I even gave 24hours benefit of doubt before putting in second service complaint. At least its fixed now.

    Ok so I ordered a new SIM (having ordered 2 others that never arrived!) this one has knocked my service off and I had to have a relative call to ask why I’m unable to take calls. Apparently my service was cut when this one was ordered! Terrible customer service @EE

    @adrianstrand @EE @rootmetrics Make sure roaming is turned off in your network settings. Will only connect to mainland cell towers then.

    @EE @rootmetrics Use Vodafone as my work phone network (not my choice) so must ask; how, on gods green earth, is it not bottom of everything on this table.

    @EE @EEcustomerHelp I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S22 and it is taking 4+ hrs to charge?? Is this a known issue?
