@Jimmy_Jostle @EE Your seriously done with @EE just because they won’t let you upgrade for a broken phone. Regardless of what plan your on, any carrier wouldn’t let you early upgrade for free with a broken phone, hell most carriers wouldn’t even offer an early upgrade if your phone wasn’t broken.

@EE we've had 3 missed deliveries of an upgrade. Customer service no help, and apparently no managers available until afternoon. Can't even leave EE until the phone is delivered, but that may be weeks. You holding us hostage is unacceptable. Can anyone help?

@EE I’m in BS49 area where my coverage has been p***poor for over 4 weeks.Only info received is you’re working on the issues should be fixed with in 16hours….Really not good enough.When will this area be fixed?????

@EE have the rudest staff and the most useless customer service, ordered a phone in the 1st was told within 7 days. They've changed it twice without informing me, customer service also refuse to check the stock in store because they'll get a disciplinary. Ridiculous. 😡😡
