@SarahWhe78 @EE I think everyone will have sympathy with Sarah and a major % of customers will be looking for a change. It will be hard as I've been a customer 25years, but this is robbery.

Does my service improve? No. Do I still have to wait an hour to get through to customer service? Yes. @EE should be ashamed of themselves. As should every other organisation increasing their prices. And Ofcom for allowing it to happen. A shambles.

@EE @Takariistorm Your accounts on Companies House show that you made a net profit of £1.1b in the year to March '22. You could maybe use a little bit of that to help? And you might have few less 'vulnerable customers' if you didn't hike prices by 14-15% in a cost of living crisis!
