@EE The 100gb wasn’t enough. I was told I could go up just not down so best to start low and work up. I wasn’t told that the prices stayed at sale would not be available should I choose to move up after that point even though advised to start at the lower amount of data

Walked in @EE store in Ealing asked them to help me unlock my phone because I was locked by EE network. Turned me away and asked me to call customer service instead.

@EE what a shower of ****. Needed a new sim due to dropping calls. So you killed my old one before sending the new one. Tech offered an esim, ordering that killed the sim in the post. ESim won't activate without a text. Hard to receive texts without a sim! W@nkers!
