@EE I’m with 2 other friends, all of us on EE. We all either have bars but can’t even make a call, let alone internet, or our phones are showing ‘Satellite’, so yes, it’s a huge problem.

@EE holy moley To change a mobile contract + add broadband took from 1.30pm to 6.28pm today on a chat! The amount of garbage and hiding behind “compliance” is just unending. No wonder the country is screwed.

@EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.

@markyp11 @EE Did they add this onto your plan without permission? I received this text and never signed up to it! They’ve been charging me on 2 sims and didn’t even mention it when I called a couple of weeks ago to cancel our 2 old sims (that’s how I hadn’t noticed the rise in payment)
