    @EE Well when you are back we have been without internet today. Smart hub seems to have crashed with a blue flashing light then red. Tried all the community groups for help. No answer from 150 since early this morning.

    Christmas Day and we have suddenly lost our broadband. The light on the EE Smart Hub has turned red. If I turn the power off and then on I get a blinking blue light for ages which eventually turns red. Urgent help needed @ee
