    @EE Tried that, no better. Just very frustrating and feel disappointed that this offer has been made but with no substance, and trying to get help has been really difficult. As a loyal customer with more than one account, I feel that I will be rethinking renewing with EE

    @EE contacted you guys last week and arranged to join but heard nothing since, not an email or acknowledgement only a 1p deduction on my bank account! Thought a new customer might hear more promptly getting sim etc!

    @EE I have been told refund has been issued on 04/03 and can take up to 14 days to receive it. Why 14 days? Is this meant to be down to the Bank or EE, because most are 3-5 working days. Imagine it took that long for you to take a payment.

    @EE why are ypur upgrades so abysmal compared to your new customer offers? Brand loyalty over 10 years and 6 contracts clearly means nothing. No wonder you have such a low trust pilot score. Posted my review. Utterly abysmal customer retention.
