@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE your service has been a joke. Told to return equipment in a carrier bag (??), 5 post offices said no. You’ve taken an extra £70 and offered me £30 in return. Misleading info, useless support — do better. #EEfail

@EE hi my EE broadband appears to have an issue in Hastings, in the south east. The blue lights are flashing on the router so isn’t connecting. Are there any reported issues in the area. I have tried restarting the router etc

@EE Don't get anything from EE, I have an ongoing dispute and after 6 weeks, hours on the phone to 150 and 7 emails absolutely no response. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years and spend over £200.00 a month, goodbye EE when my contract ends.
