@LiToast @bt_uk @EE My BT unbreakable internet experience was slow and dreadful, and I returned it immediately. They still billed me for the month. Thankfully I hadn’t yet cancelled the other one, but that’s not perfect. I wonder if fibre internet is better.

@EE I think you have a problem with the Amy Account section of your website. Neither the add or website seem to be working. Other people are tweeting. For example I’m trying to view my bill and date usage, just goes to a blank white screen

@EE Phone service has been down since approx 2pm yet no information whatsoever from EE. It would be courteous to inform customers of this problem and an approximation of when it will be resolved. Abysmal customer service, time to consider another network methinks...
