    @EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

    @EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

    @EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

    @EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    @EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

    @EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

    @EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

    @EE I’m fuming. I’m being targeted by scammers on my EE mobile. I’ve notified you guys on numerous occasion but no help from you guys. Getting scam calls from Germany & other numbers that have the same first 5 # of my phone #. My anxiety is getting worse coz of these calls!!

    @EE Yep. I got shafted with an £85 a month 2 year phone contract, nearly 2k for a phone that is now worth 300 Max. Would NEVER do it again. There should be a cap of 50 pounds really. Just get people in debt with contracts like this. Ridiculous amount for a phone.

    @EE awful experience this past week. Upgraded my phone online & EE cancelled my sim, was supposed to send a new one, never came. Live chat couldn’t do anything, over the phone told they’d send a new one, never came. Instore said to ring instead. only… 1/2

    @EE This is still expensive , and I dont understand this upfront charge 😑 I've never paid an upfront amount . I really want this phone but its still out of what I want to pay a month .

    @EE EE obviously fixed the problem your end as it started working again. However I did have to reboot my router and phone, again (note "again"). Are you a real person as a lot of people had this problem but your response was like i was the only one? Do you know what the problem was?

    @EE Hi, I have seen I am getting a 100% off of my early upgrade fee. However no indication how long this is for and no information if it also applies in store? I like to put my phone as a trade in against upgrades but you cannot do that online. Any help would be grateful.
