    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

    @tholumusam @EE We still have no signal, we still have no internet, no call back, still no engineer, still no 4gmifi and the customer service has been shocking with being lied to miss advised and when telling the you rely on internet for your job they just aren’t bothered. Completely shocked!.

    @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!

    I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. I’d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    @EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.
