Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England
@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.
-

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".
-
I P (@cyberco) reported from Bathford, England

@EE never have I been so upset at such incompetence! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and in good faith renewed my contact again and yet you won’t sort your error. I’ve not even received my new phone! I pay £300 a month for 5 people in my house and you don’t care!

I'm not surprised Google support is "follow these weird nerd instructions (and confirm consent to look at any device diagnostics you submitted)". I was surprised by them contracting out to @EE, *not* providing proper nerd instructions, and the @EE store refusing to serve me.
-
Christopher (@cpswords) reported
@the_lane_train_ @EE It sucks, but CPI was 10.5%. It was CPIH (Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers' housing costs) that was 9.2%. It's stupid how a further 3.9% is being added this year because BT reported an increase in net profits in Sep 22 over 21. They say this is to cover costs.
-
Katrina Harris MA (@KatHarris42) reported
@virginmedia for 7 days I've had intermittent broadband, it's affecting my work. Registered loss of service, your status shows it is broken. Your compensation is full 2 full days of outtage, so will I be refunded. Glad have @EE as mobile contract for back up but shouldnt have to
-
Jambags (@jambags) reported
Just wondering @EEHelpdesk @EE when our area has no service for a projected 5 days without any notice, shouldn’t any EE customers be reimbursed those days disruption on our bills? Didn’t even get a warning of these works, yet paying full bill still?
