  • AndyMcK1982 Andy McKeown (@AndyMcK1982) reported from Liverpool, England

@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

  • quodignoratum Myles Winstone (@quodignoratum) reported from Warrington, England

@TalkingPicsTV Definitely. We struggle getting Freeview and as you’re not on BT TV I’m missing my fix!

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

I can't understand why itv4hd isn't available on freeview. Watching the tennis is awful.

  • chey_cobb CyberSec Chey (@chey_cobb) reported

@VickerySec Here we have a pretty decent digital antennae service called Freeview. We're required to pay an annual fee for a TV license but, if you don't pay, you can still use your TV. Cost varies, but it ranges from £0-£150. They do use scanning equipment to detect unregistered TVs.

@SheffieldHoney @FreeviewTV Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Freeview reception. Can you please DM us your postcode and house name or number and we will look into this for you? Thanks, Dylan

  • nemalki Jeff Harris (@nemalki) reported

@breanimator Ironically, WarnerMedia is INCREASING Cartoon Network's footprint in those markets where Disney is abandoning cable/satellite/Freeview because they still believe there's still a market for them.

  • Leemackie mucker (@Leemackie) reported from Moulton, England

Help please Freeview tv. I have accidentally deleted BBC1 from the listing on my TV and I have know idea how to re add it. Techwood tv

  • DarthElliot . (@DarthElliot) reported

@Cuppa378 It’s free because they’re contractually obligated to provide it for freeview. As they were happy to show the EL final in full resolution on YouTube 3 days back, not doing the same for the CL as the more important competition is pathetic.

  • Shaun23972 Shaun craig (@Shaun23972) reported

@MarcusChang1990 @virginmedia I would check out other providers Marcus, I downgraded from 200mb b/b to 100mb, maxit TV down to lowest mixit tv (less channels than freeview) and lowest phone and my price went up instead of down. I hope you have more luck. #StaySafe

@gregorybelton @BiscuitHalf @Reachingbroom The BBC licence fee supports the Freeview platform - no BBC and Channel 4 (the commercial side of public service broadcasting) - no Freeview. :There's no such thing as a free lunch'.
