@FreeviewAdvice Well, after waiting 2 weeks for a Freeview engineer we are told we need a new aerial. Also, they can’t help us because we have Sky! So they change Winter Hill and now we have to pay. Why didn’t they say this 3 weeks ago...😳

So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@f1redfive Hi Alex. Are all your Freeview channels off? I put Ch4 on 2.10pm to watch Countdown 🕛 & every channel No Signal ! so, tried switching TV off & on mains.. No Signal. Then got Freeview pocket TV out.. No Signal ! Luckily old Sky box in bedroom still shows free channels

@JAMortram I saw the directors cut at the cinema first - so have never been subjected to it, but heard pretty terrible all round. On the Waterfront just about to start on freeview so have had to turn off TV otherwise that’s the evening gone!!!

@8252Hazel Nope and as the transnitter is down only on DAB radio .... Nothing else ... I think if you download the Freeview app they have BBC tees on it ...not sure if it will work when game time comes

Watched the Rangers* game when it came Freeview today. Malmo worked to stop crosses from the wings- the main route of attack. They also defended well when crosses did come in. Rangers struggled to play through the middle and their shooting was terrible. McGregor slow low right

Well ****. The Bilsdale TV transmitter that serves the North Yorkshire region is currently on fire. So that means no Freeview telly until the problem is sorted out.

@Bob_Fischer Ah, is this why I've seen a few NE chums complaining of Freeview not working today? We nearly had a similar thing in 2018 when all of West Yorkshire and the countryside around Manchester was on fire, including Winter Hill, the main NW transmitter. During the World Cup too!

Over 3 hrs I've spent trying to figure out why the Freeview side of my BT box lost all the channels with no signal. Stripped wires removed plugs...checked other TVs ...only to finally find out the local transmitter is on 🔥.. not happy.....bedtime.....😠😠

@RadioToday I live in the Bilsdale area @RadioToday and it is day two without the transmitter not working. I have access to my DAB+ Radio and Virgin Media Cable. But I do also watch Freeview a lot.
