@MaddFan1 Same thing happened to me a few years ago, I was quite happy watching @AJEnglish on Freeview and then suddenly it went on to freeview HD, which my box wasn't. My problem was finally solved when they started broadcasting live on Youtube.

@Sharon43068108 Very annoying! They are now showing the same match on BBC 1 AND 2. We are in a hotel room son only have Freeview. Going to watch Bridget Jones Diary on itv2 - I have my fingers crossed it's not too rude for the kids 🤣 (from what I remember, I think it's ok)

It’s weird that there are five or six miserable 24hr news channels on freeview but not one 24hr sports news channel. There’s a big gap right there for a broadcaster to pivot their stupid 24hr cycle from ‘relentlessly depressing’ to ‘relentlessly (mostly) uplifting and fun’.

@MintRoyale Weird. I've never had in HD. Can't get it even if I retune either Part of Ch Fours agreement was it's not available in HD on Freeview... Wonder if it's a regional thing? 🤔

@Dolly_Darren Ok. Mine did the same to me. I switched it off at the mains (along with the Freeview box), promised never to watch ITV3 again, left it for about an hour and when I switched it back on it came back to life. Sadly, not designed to last now!

@FreeviewAdvice retuning does nothing.. no channels! Looking at the local forums many people are experiencing the same. Can you comment on actual service status in the SG11 area? Information on tuning my Freeview box is useless if there are no services...

When our TV was installed the guy said we didn't need to worry about the satellite signal dropping when the weather was bad because the freeview would easily run through the Sky. Well guess what, it is absolutely pouring down with rain and we've lost all signal!
