@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

I have 100 freeview channels on my tv. Tonight they are all showing utter crap.

  • hotheron JoJo (@hotheron) reported

What is the deal with Discovery+? Every commercial on freeview channels is some awful Jon Benet ,OJ death or horrible violent crap feature. Do you really think someone watching Antiques Roadshow is your target audience??

  • thisisjoeob Joe O'Brien (@thisisjoeob) reported

@nickpiggott More that the ITV Hub is crap. And I didn’t realise so many people had either no TV or no freeview. But yes. Q is it!!

  • geoffreytucker1 Geoff Tucker (@geoffreytucker1) reported

@englandcricket IS it going to be broadcast in England as the test match was? I can't see it in the Freeview listings(?). Or is it merely another narrow cast to some subscription service or other?

  • WhoHelpsOut Ezekiel Thorp (@WhoHelpsOut) reported

Please UKTV network, if you won't put Matt Smith and Jodie Whittaker episodes on the Drama channel then at least put the W channel on Freeview

  • Pipa_Riggs GM2UWX-BLM 1312 (@Pipa_Riggs) reported

Freeview recorder £130 or add a HDD to my telly for £40. Help me guys this decision is too hard.

  • RebeccaLouWard Rebecca Louise Ward (@RebeccaLouWard) reported

@OurTardis63 I never got to watch this series of doctor who cause I could not find it on freeview :( On what channel can we watch doctor who these days?

  • sircofdan Sir C of Dan (@sircofdan) reported

@sunorx @Vicster82 Fortunately the various restraining orders mean you'll never get within a hundred yards of a woman. The closest you'll get to kids will be when you're pressed against the glass outside Curry's trying to make sense of CBeebies on the freeview screens

  • superwonderstar The Industrious Ant (@superwonderstar) reported

@kaybar007 Any broadcast service - satellite, cable, or Freeview - has to obey the Ofcom size rules, no matter what technology they use. The examples you give of services like Netflix are online services, not broadcast, and not regulated by Ofcom.

  • Page_888 Matthew H (@Page_888) reported

@geo_geo_geo1971 @BBCOne Seems to be an issue with your TV provider, as this doesn't happen on Freeview.

  • LGUK LG UK (@LGUK) reported

@Djsat22 Hi there, we don't believe they will be getting Freeview Play, but we are working with the broadcasters directly to support the UK catch-up apps. They already support BBC iPlayer, and many already support ITV Hub, with the remaining models to follow. (1/2)
