If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

Plus upgrading regional studios to HD (cameras, edit, play out). Massive expense for 28 mins at 6:30 and 3 x 6 min bulletins. That, or quality content?
