If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

No response from any of them

The downward trend has been since the late 1980s. My research shows its more likely down to the fact sport is not played in state schools rather than tv.

My mum wants a new TV but doesn’t have cable. I’m assuming so? I’ve had cable since the early 90s so haven’t had to faff on with aerials for 30 odd years !!!
