@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

@PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work! Honestly, Giffgaff is a trash mobile network. The only reason I use it is because it was what my brothers Sim card was. Having to spend £6 every 6 months just so I can keep this number. I'd switch if it wasn't used for so many things
