@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff Absolutely useless support. Asking me to verify my details for security. Provided two things only I would know. Cannot provide an IMEI number because it's not printed on device so apparently they can't verify me due to GDPR. I've never provided an IMEI number so how it be used...

@giffgaff got a SIM card from giff gaff. Loaded it with 35 quid for unlimited data. Tries it in two unlocked devices. No data. £35 quid down the drain.

good afternoon, i'm here to find out if there is an agent who can help me, a 20 pounds amount was charged to the account to carry the giffgaff and my girlfriend does not have a giffgaff and she never had anyone who can help me find out why.
