    @gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

    Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, it’s almost impossible to even load twitter.

    @giffgaff please help, my mobile data isn't working? Says I have no limit and I don't think I've gone overboard but I'm getting nothing and having to rely on WiFi? I just want to gym to my own music 😩

    @Leah20999854 We've checked and unfortunately we’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network in that area. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted (1/2) - giffgaff Nicole

    @DanOffTheRadio I was on GiffGaff for a while (swapped to Vodafone to get a new phone on contract) and they were excellent. Coverage was good, plan was brilliant and customer support was spot on.

    @DanOffTheRadio I can't comment on their roaming charges, but Giffgaff themselves are good, not had a problem with them in the 2 years been with them 👍

    @DaveSThompson @giffgaff Yeah thats important to know also i went portugal and was able to use my minutes and data signal was spot on😎

    @giffgaff The network's busy because there's mast issues in the area, causing other masts to run at a higher capacity causing strain on the network. I'm less than 50Meters from a mast yet I can't even get a 4G signal?? When are these going to be rectified? Its been on-going for months now

    @SamaraAxSapph @giffgaff I actually came to Twitter to see if any one else was having issues. And I am, in the London area. Never had issues before now. Internet has been spotty and interrupted for abt a week now. Wouldn't pay long term for this kinda service ngl.
