My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

@HobbitInACloset Hi there Reshma. SIM activation can take up to 24 hours to fully complete, so please do not worry if the goodybag isn't showing as live on the account as yet. Reboot the phone periodically for service and refresh your giffgaff account page during this time. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I haven't been able to access the phone network since receiving a message warning me that I've used all the 'goodybag' data allowance. Two attempts to 'top up' have made no difference. My credit card shows £20 worth of pending transactions but still no service.

@giffgaff please can you answer 3 questions; 1. If I were to purchase 'any SIM only' option from you, will WiFi calling be supported and work on 'Samsung Galaxy S8' and 'Samsung Galaxy S20 5G' handsets? 2. Do you support 5G on all your SIMs. 3. Do you use O2 as the network?

@giffgaff is the worst provider. I’ve been with them a month and all my data has drained by trying to connect to things. My what’s app literally says connecting 24 hours of the day. Waste of money.
