Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.
-
Tom Bailey (@TyneTom) reported from Whitley Bay, England@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, EnglandMy @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

Giffgaff Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
heilier (@HHeilier) reportedAfter reviewing my complaint, giffgaff has officially refused to reinstate my number and has also refused to refund my remaining balance, including the £10 I topped up shortly before my account was disconnected. I understand that operators have roaming policies, but I believe customers should receive a clear warning before being allowed to top up if their account is already at risk of disconnection. Losing both the service and the newly added credit feels unfair. They also advised me to request a PAC within 30 days if I want to keep my number. Has anyone else had the same experience with giffgaff? I'd be interested to hear how your case was handled. #giffgaff #Roaming #ConsumerRights

loo58 (@moaningminnie58) reported@giffgaff HI still cant get the help I need Im Blind now & can only talk. Please help me.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@emsywemsy10 We just tested this on our end, and it should take you directly to the page to request a PAC. Alternatively you can log into your account then go to My Account, then profile and settings, and scroll down to 'Get a PAC code' - giffgaff Hannah

Ry Ry #coyg (@Ry_R0se) reported@giffgaff when will issues be sorted in mk451ph area have no data connection
-
Jazza (@jmilprint) reported@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!
-
Benny the Fishe (@squidgyfishy) reportedHey @O2 I have a phone that's locked to your network but since I'm now on GiffGaff, I can't unlock it... What do I do?
-
Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

yakky lew (@jac562006) reported@giffgaff You are a greedy merchant; your king ought to hang you. If he fails to understand the people's rage, then he deserves to meet the same fate as Louis XVI.

gökhan 🇲🇰 🇧🇬 (@gokhansanirimm) reported@giffgaff Hello. I have a problem. I have about £150 in my account, but PayPal is banned in my country. What can we do about this? I don’t want my money to be lost.
-
svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.
