@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • staylowkae baby wasteman. (@staylowkae) reported from London, England

giffgaff finally back to more data less money but ofc its slow now 😐

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • RitaAdam95 Adam Rita St. (@RitaAdam95) reported from Barnet, England

Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

  • macqueendan Daniel MacQueen (@macqueendan) reported from Tottenham, England

@giffgaff I keep running out of credit on my monthly pay as you go plan. Auto top up was enabled leading to x2 charges now my account has run out for the third time. Wifi is turned on, HELP please

  • Maliwil RAVEAUD Emmanuel (@Maliwil) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Oh thanks so much, only one solution refund my money back on 5 days, so I don't have a phone for a new week. Thanks @dpd_support for your perfect work ... So know you are going to give me a new phone 🤬😤

  • buredagodhand Bledar Godhand (@buredagodhand) reported

@SjSmithy13 @VOXI_UK The first email from giffgaff was a threat of termination. They try to guild trip me by saying 'I should be fair about my data usage'. I am paying for a service, you don't try to reach out and understand me but you chose to threaten me. So I binned the simcard. Mad.

  • prodosial alison (@prodosial) reported

I’ve had several different @RateSetter loans in the six years I’ve been a @giffgaff customer and paid them all on time and yet I’ve just been denied by @Klarna. If full time minimum wage isn’t enough to prove I can afford £25 a month what on earth is?

  • O2 O2 in the UK (@O2) reported

@RichEThomas 😢 Are you a giffgaff customer Rich? If so, please contact them directly to raise this with them.

  • STattisconie Silvio Tattisconie ©💎 (@STattisconie) reported

@Ne3Steve Yes, the most I've used is 5gig when we had a break down your way but everyone was tethered onto my phone as they couldn't get data. Giffgaff don't give as much data but you can buy new phones from them that are cheaper than airtime providers.

  • themostsikas Themos Tsikas (@themostsikas) reported
