    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    @giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

    @giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

    @rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!
