Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

giffgaff_support_group_complaints (@GiffgaffG) reportedDaniel You’ll still be able to use your phone in the EU if you have credit, but you'll be charged 3.2p/minute, 1p/text, 0.36p/MB (less than a penny). If you have a goodybag but no credit, you won’t be able to use the giffgaff service in the EU.
