    @giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

    @giffgaff Contacted you EARLY July re complaint, eventual customer service response but no response to my complaint. Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @giffgaff best email I got today saying as of next month my 25 plan will have 80GB of data b4 it slows down and I really think it should have a limit on it tho

    @EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

    @MartinSLewis I’m with GiffGaff who use the O2 network, and I didn’t receive the emergency alert. I have an iPhone 7, currently running iOS 15.7.3, and I have the extreme and severe emergency alerts switched on in my settings/notifications.

    @northolt3103 @EE Had to go to Vodafone 4g network. EE 5G no signall just about eeverywhere. Giffgaff / 02 same. Back to an old network and it works again, faster, good signall mist places

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service
