@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff I'd moved house, was on 3 at the time and in this house I barely got signal, so decided to change carriers. GiffGaff seemed to have the best sim only deal, got a sim, the rest is history. Bought 2 or 3 phones through yourselves too. All good stuff!

@giffgaff Because I watched Tom (bearded fella) tell a board of people that you should never let others dictate how you look in business (in response to them questioning his appearance). Marketing Week Live 2014, I think? Tom's a wise man. I aspire to be more like Tom.

Yo @giffgaff I paid for a goodybag 4 hours ago and it still hasn't been added to my account. Money's left my bank and I've got nothing for it. No response from your ask an agent page. Can I get my goodybag or a refund please? Poor service.

@Nick_Wellings @OperaCreep @RuthElleson I operate through a MiFi I had for trains etc via which I function on a loaned tablet since the laptop has been in a coma. £20 per month virtually unlimited on giffgaff kindly paid by a friend. Mine was 3 and I freed it, but they aren't network tied now.

my experience with giffgaff has been completely stellar in all ways except one: for some reason, whenever i get a new phone, or new sim, there is a period of time where nothing works and it SUCKS. like the first time i was in barcelona before roaming. no data the WHOLE time. 😩
