@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff my husband has received multiple emails from you saying welcome to giffgaff but he is a happy customer at another network. Any idea why this is, is this a scam that you are aware of?
