  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  • chrismayes .💙#FBPPR #FBPE You have no authority here johnson (@chrismayes) reported from Whitley Bay, England

  • LeslieBrown953 Leslie Brown 🐝💛🖤💛🖤💛🐝 (@LeslieBrown953) reported from Hebburn, England

@giffgaff Is there an problem with the network with sending and receiving texts messages. Both my wife and I are getting undelivered, each time when we sending texts over the last week. Little annoying to say the least.

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

  • MXOFO Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, England

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • TyneTom Tom Bailey (@TyneTom) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@Kenji47611107 We're sorry to hear this Kenji. Please send us a DM with your full post code and we'll see if there are any issues in your area to cause this. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Cxrtxn_47 Hi Andrew. As we're a SIM only network, this means that we wouldn't release the operating system updates, and this would come directly from the manufacturer of the phone. - giffgaff Emer.

  • MartinMilcev Martin Milcev (@MartinMilcev) reported

@O2 Been an o2 payg customer but switched over to giffgaff for some time now. Now I want to get contract on o2 but can't as I can't change my old billing address on my existing o2 account as I don't have any services on it. Can you help? Thanks.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@SigniusNetworks @O2 @giffgaff Given that the latest Ofcom auction for 5G spectrum has only just taken place so the networks now know which frequencies they own,it'll be years rather than months before any network has any kind of meaningful national 5G coverage.

  • ad_vixen Skye NSFW (@ad_vixen) reported

@makenshifox Honestly, I've had bad customer service everywhere, except for Giffgaff. They're a tolerable network however there is no physical stores or a phone number to call, messaging only

  • ClaydonNai Nai Claydon (@ClaydonNai) reported

@giffgaff Anyone else having horrendous issues with top up / credit and applying goody bags?

  • ClaydonNai Nai Claydon (@ClaydonNai) reported

@giffgaff I’ve topped up credit £30 then shows zero. Used different card added £20 and now says I can’t use credit to buy a goody bag! I’m down £50 and cannot use phone! ????

  • gothprincess666 Miss Massacre 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🏳️‍🌈 (@gothprincess666) reported

@giffgaff Because it was all I could and still all I can afford. But even if I could go and splash out on a brand new phone (current one is a broken s7 edge) and fancy shmancy contract, I'd still stay with Giffgaff because I have NEVER had any issue at all. Xx

  • DanAlder80 Danny Alder (@DanAlder80) reported

Shocking service from @giffgaff . Recommend I change to 5g SIM and tell me it will take up 24 hours to activate. 50+ hours later and still no one can call me or text me. Escalate to technical team who say it will take up to 5 working days. No offer of refund. Disgusting.

  • LindseyNaegle Lindsey Naegle (@LindseyNaegle) reported

“I can’t do a smear test down the phone...” - you’re probably on GiffGaff! #ThisMorning
