@HSBC_UK Harborne your customer service is lacking. Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

@HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

@BarclaysUKHelp The issue is with Banking Hubs, not branches. I had expected the Barclays rep in the Banking Hub to be able to verify IDs but the service provided is too limited and needs sorting OR you need to provide an online method like @HSBC_UK. Haven’t visited the branch as I have no time.

@HSBC_UK Hazel Arundale in complaints really is not competent in your role I feel. She gives me £125 compensation for major issues that caused my severe health to be worse!!! Appalling , inept and not good enough. I asked for £500 it’s pennies to the bank. I am a disabled man 😡
