Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

Just spent nearly an hour (mainly on hold) on the phone to @HSBC_UK , cut off 3 times, transferred 4 times, to reactivate my card after it was frozen in error, I get transferred to "someone who can help", to be cut off with an automated message that the office is now closed 🤬😡

The most useless customer service is when you ring @HSBC_UK and the agent tells you to look online.. oh why Eisenstein like I didn’t know that but I thought you are there to be helpful and make life easy for me oh wait I guess not 😡😤😫

@jamesburland @HSBC_UK It’s really bad. I just got a 0% balance shift card, my only product. It won’t let me make new account as it remembers my old login details from over a year ago on a current AC I no longer have. Won’t reset. Completely terrible experience.
