    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    Digital banks are a saviour. Completely contrasting experience of opening a bank account with a neobank and HSBC. Took me 2 hours with HSBC customer care with no resolution to the erroneous online process. @HSBC_UK very disappointing service

    @HSBC_UK BA would only refund to the HSBC card I paid on. HSBC received this refund on 18 March. I have provided HSBC with my new NW details and HSBC say the payment was sent on 14 April but it has not been received by NW (me). Please help!!

    @ReleaseGibbons @joecousins89 @HSBC_UK The cleaner doesn't work for HSBC, a cleaning firm will provide a cleaning service. There's a risk many there may lose their jobs sadly when HSBC doesn't ask the cleaning firm back again in future.
