@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@EastMidRailway @HSBC_UK I don’t think you’re getting that far, unless the error message is mis-written? It looks like your app is complaining that I’m using the same card number before sending it. I’ve used the card for lots of other stuff online and off as recently as yesterday without trouble.

Help @HSBC_UK my standing order for my bills left my account today but didn’t reach the intended bank account causing havoc. It normally works fine and I had sufficient funds. Where has the money gone!? Your chat function also says a SIX hour delay to speak to a human!

@HSBC_UK so now I’ve spent an additional 18 minutes waiting to speak to an agent, making a total of 57 minutes. Finally through and, no surprise, waiting to be transferred to one of the same departments that couldn’t help me this morning.

@HSBC_UK Also I tried calling to book an appointment in branch. Phone rang for 26 minutes before someone answered and then after talking for another 10 minutes, I got cut off. It doesn’t feel like the greatest customer service considering I’m just trying to open a new account.
