    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK looking at tweets and it is just a long list of complaints about wait times to contact you on phone. Having been held for over 2.5 hours today I can fully empathise. Absolutely ridiculous and my issue, which is business critical, still remains unresolved. Not good enough

    @HSBC_UK Your form doesn't work, call centre doesn't work. My son needs his father to feed him, bath him, and not ignore him to listen to "all of our agents are busy". If I don't hear from you by your random deadline close the account, life's too short. Other banks able to help?

    @HSBC_UK way below standard service for premier . A card delivery still hasn’t taken place 2 months on as some Sherlock Holmes manager in tooting broadway branch decided to stop it for no reason and customer service are non the wiser . The service is more fitting of dark ages
