@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

@HSBC_UK @TROYmagician Could you look at the problems with the HSBC Secure Key? The physical one fails so you recommend the digital key. Digital key doesn't load on laptop or phone. Locked out of account. Not much help on here from HSBC.

@HSBC_UK having real problems registering for online banking. Registration gives error BERR_20295. Forgot username gives GSA ERROR (system error). "Chat" is with automated system which cannot deal with the problem. How can I resolve this?
