I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience
