    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    Anyone with any experience with @StarlingBank? I listened to the founder of BBC4 and must say I'm impressed. Banking with traditional banks seems so restrictive. When I had a @HSBC_UK business account I couldn't really see a proper statement. It was an awful experience.

    @HSBC_UK just called Premier banking number and went through interminable menu trying to get agent, 10mins later, "our office is now closed". Premier support is supposed to be open until 10pm

    1.5 hours to log on and set up @HSBC_UK mobile apps and banking on phone and iPad (both new). Am drained. The lady on the phone, had exemplary calm and patience. I didn’t. Several times I asked her to give up and shut the account down! Need tea and chocolate 🍫

    @HSBC_UK Business Banking surely has the worst customer service. You wait over an hour on live chat only to be told you have to call, then you wait so long on the phone that you give up, and they are closing local branches. How the hell are we supposed to do business with them?
