    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @SandyofSuffolk @HSBC_UK @HSBC Yes crazy, isn’t it? Bank workers should be dressed smartly. Wearing trainers and a bomber jacket just aren’t on! Smartly dressed customers will arrive at the bank to address serious financial issues and will be faced with a guy dressed like this #wrong #hsbc #embarrassing

    @HSBC_UK Terrible service applying for a mortgage with you. Your online document uploader does not work (PC / Mac, any browser) but we’re told on the phone ‘that’s never happened’. We’ve taken documents to branch but they have been lost and never uploaded on our behalf.

    @misspaulalondon @HSBC_UK @HSBC I'd thought that person was using the bank's wifi and chose to sit down to do some of their own work - certainly doesn't look like someone who works in that establishment. At least wear smart casual - this is very dress down day.
