    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK My local branch is closing and the odd time that I must pay in a cheque at the post office I need a paying in slip. I can't order them online, I can't print one off and the only way to get one is to get in the queue for the chat line but, wait, the chat line is broken.

    @HSBC_UK Your systems are rediculously bad. Just needed to change to a new deal after a previous deal ends. Been trying for 3 months and I'm sick of it. Would also help if you hadn't mixed by data up with another customer's! I'm taking my business elewhere!!

    @Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Can recommend Starling bank for pretty much free business banking. Been with them 2 1/2 years with no issues. No connection to them just a happy customer.

    @HSBC_UK Have also done that, I don’t want to message via the app as every one I have had a reply from hasn’t helped and disconnects after one message. This has happened about 4 times. I would like help from someone on here
