@HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

Honestly having the worst time with @HSBC_UK support. My PayPal direct debit has been blocked and I’ve called 3 times been promised it’s fixed and every time they’ve not done it. Dude on the other end can barely understand me which is making it even harder.

@vanillaweb @HSBC_UK Well said Paul. Ive had no personal contact from hsbc for years seems to be the business model digital automated contact only and uncompetitive savings rates unless you are a new customer At least banks with high st retail branches may offer some kind of personal service

@hsbc_uk #hsbc Wife suddenly had dreadful service Ex Halifax. So I (HSBC customer for 44 yrs) foolishly suggested she try HSBC. Now been 12 days (so far) waiting for an online bank a/c approval. Rec’d email saying req rec’d but ‘Don’t contact us’. Cust Serv at its best. Not.
