    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

    @HSBC_UK Bad Service Incredibly poor service at the HSBC Branch in Muswell Hill. 3rd visit and each time they can't help because of a problem of their making. Today 2 staff members have their heads stuck in a machine with customers waiting. 3 customers just walked out. Help !

    @HSBC_UK In response to my transactions not showing up they just said yeah can’t see them so I said ok so there’s a problem can you try fix it and no response for over an hour now. Anything I mention I’m just told to wait another business day when there’s clearly an issue with the account

    @DrGABaines @alexcordery @HSBC_UK In the same boat, our charity which is part of a large organisation, has had to close our account. Been with them 30 years but no help at all plus the charges were ridiculous. Tbh not many of the banks are particularly interested because of the fraud risk with charities.
