YOU should be pro active and contact the engineer and demand him why it's taking forever for him to leave notes!

@VodafoneUK my internet has been cutting off randomly for last 3 days. When it has connected my speed has been going from 67Mbpbs to 20Mbps Please fix it or I'm moving to @Hyperoptic
