You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

  @ITVTonight @ITV @ITVX So while this can be an issue it's not an issue for doctors to be prescribing drugs that can also potentially cause more harm than good with a lot not even doing follow ups with patients to see if they're doing what they're supposed to.
