You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come.   @Lord_Sugar @ITVX @ITV Worst ******* app. The free version is replete with ads that make the programmes unwatchable. I Just end up turning it off and would never pay them for anything. You can’t even skip through the ads. To hear they still play ads after you pay them is astonishing.
