You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. We found ourselves watching Ex on the Beach once and it was dire. Never looked back and can avoid so called reality TV really easily
