You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

@InkedUpSHAQ I know. The problem is, producers don’t have a clue or they care more about ratings. They need better research & the @itv Head Of Diversity #AdeRawcliffe needs to get involved. Y handled herself very well in there, shame she was never set up to find her match in the first place.

@ITV @ITVGrace @itvhub Great show, slightly unrealistic about the dude with the radio. Just wouldn’t happen. The son would not be allowed anywhere near a crash scene let alone on a call out. No need for that character to be in the show it takes away from the suspense and realism of a plot.

@ITV commentary is the worst, only had to wait 20 mins to talk about Kane leaving then they criticize him for not being in the box despite just tracking back, winning ball, carrying the ball and finding Mount. Sterling though is never criticized despite losing the ball constantly
