I went a few years earlier as quality was moving down the strategy. Interestingly itv have brought back stenos to cover their day time programming for quality.

These transcripts are expensive. Sometimes they hand down written judgement. Those go automatically onto the record and are freely available. We found ourselves watching Ex on the Beach once and it was dire. Never looked back and can avoid so called reality TV really easily
