@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

Hi @LloydsBank your fraud systems are stopping me purchasing flights but your phonelines are ringing without answer for over 90 minutes and the app is a chatbot that cant help. How are we meant to make purchases in this situation?

@LloydsBank Hi, unfortunately not an isolated incident. Service for past 2 years whilst I’ve been overseas hasn’t been great I’m afraid despite regular Comms from me. Every 2/3 weeks contact fraud as they don’t recognise I’m working abroad. Have lost too much money and time in this.Not happy
